While driving through Santa Monica we were in the mood for oysters and stopped by here after reading some reviews. The restaurant interior is very nice and big windows looking out on to the beach/pier. Although we only had oysters and shrimp cocktails everywhere was great. They had a significant menu of oysters to choose from and the waiter was... More

Incredible food and service, best lobster I've ever had, dipping sauce for bread was amazing, and menu included reasonably priced ice wine. Highly recommend.

We stopped in for dinner after doing an all day tour of LA. We arrived in walking tourist attire and were admitted immediately. We felt just a bit out of place not being dressed up, however the staff treated us as well as if we were really dressed for dinner. We ordered a local IPA draft beer and the butter... More

This restaurant has a rep for being very touristy. It is. That's because all the nearby hotels and the convention center send their customers there, and because of its proximity to the Santa Monica Pier and the new Ocean Avenue "Restaurant row". HOWEVER, this is definitely a place to get one of the best, if not the very best, lobsters... More

a frequently visited place during filmmarket where the service is excellent and the food quite tasty . the fish is delicious and the view on the ocean and the traffic on the pier are an additional treat. do not forget to taste the great white wines they have from the region the fact that it is hard to have a... First the good news. This is a really great restaurant. The food is spectacular! The clam chowder is unlike anywhere you will see or test! The rojo salad is fantastic! The those were the appetizers we started with. Then for the entree. My significant other had the steamed lobster and she was in lobster heaven. She told me it was... More

Wonderful late lunch overlooking Santa Monica Pier and beach. Excellent service! Even allowing us to taste several wines until we had a great match for the Lobster. We stayed a couple hours enjoying the meal, the view, the wine and the service. It was well worth the expenseive price of the lobster!! Definitely recommend a visit.

Two couples over 50 took a last dinner before flying back to Europe. It was right choice: nice atmosphere, excellent food (not cheap but excellent), professional service.

Love this place and its the go to spot when in Santa Monica. Sit in the bar or dining room and you will be wowed by the food. If you like fresh seafood, and i mean fresh then look no further than this spot with awesome views.

We were there with 60 others at a corporate retreat and had the entire waterfront view of seats. the views are wonderful of the Santa Monica Pier and it's quite a romantic setting as the sun goes down. The food was very good, service was first class and if you can stand the high prices it will not disappoint you.... More
