Delicious food with an awesome view.

Been there for romantic dinner, place is really nice! Beautiful inside, if you sit by the window the view is also great! Oyster were amazing, they brought three kind of different sauces, and crabcake, pasta - everything was good. I liked coctails too, they have big selection of different drinks, waiters are very professional, valet parking is 7$ which is... More

I had the crab cakes which were fresh and tasty with a side salad (sort of on top). Staff was attentive and friendly.

We pre-booked and got a table at the window with a great view of the illuminated Santa Monica Pier. The food was excellent and apparently the waiter had leading man good looks. Very lively atmosphere and great wine.

If you are in Santa Monica then this is well worth a visit. Obviously location is perfect. The food doesn't disappoint either. If you stick with the seafood, you will be sure to be satisfied. We tried the scallops which deserve a special mention. Take your time to savour each course and enjoy a bottle of wine from a list... More

Had the opportunity to go here for dinner with a old high school friend. The drinks were generous, appetizers very tasty, and the main course a butterflied lobster, with fresh veggies was amazing. Our server was extremely attentive, and most helpful with the menu selections. Definitely on my must return list.

We actually watched the Sunset from our hotel room at Shore as we had heard about the massive crowds that frequent the Lobster at that time of night, We booked a table for just after and the place was buzzing. We ordered mussels between two for starters and beers, I ordered the 14oz Ribeye with truffle fries for my main... More

The food and drinks are absolutely fantastic, but are made even better by the views. As an east-coaster, I felt like it was a true California experience. Service was great and you are right at the pier, so you can walk off all of the good food you ate. Definitely go if you have the chance!!

Staying in Santa Monica

Neighborhood Profile
Santa Monica
Santa Monica is a coastal town that maintains a balance as a tourist destination and as an area with a thriving local culture. On the beach, bikers, roller-bladers, runners and walkers move along the famed bike path enjoying the beautiful Los Angeles weather. The solar-powered Ferris wheel at the Santa Monica pier spins high above the water, while park revelers scream with delight riding the roller coaster. Inland from the beach, Third Street Promenade bustles with shoppers and street performers, where every block seems to have a musical or acrobatic act drawing crowds giving Santa Monica both the feeling of a laid-back beach town and a major commercial hub.
