Wonderful Brunch Experience

This was the second time I visited the venue and like before I was not disappointed with the service. Great brunch menu on offer. This time I went on a week day and was able to sit outside. The value is great here as well.

For a lunch in Santa Monica, expect good food here but extremely poor service. After waiting almost 10 minutes after being seated and having no one greet us, we almost left the restaurant. The service level did not improve after that. In a word? Inattentive.

There was a one hour wait for a table at Sunday breakfast. Iguess that's a good recommendation but we didn't wait around to see for ourselves.

I had the protein breakfast - so yummy. My daughter had the burrito breakfast which was even better. Coffee was awful! The service was great. Good outdoor seating and inside is really cozy.

A great eatery. Popular so get there early if you haven't booked. Service was good and quick. Food was well presented and delicious. Had a great kids menu. My children kept asking to go back for the french toast and waffles.

I had the smoked salmon Benedict on hash browns! Perfect! Huevos rancheros- yummy! French toast - awesome! If you're in the area, try this place. It's cool, trendy and delicious!

I was planning to eat at planning to eat at M Street's sister restaurant, Stella Barra. In fact, we called the night before to ask about making reservations for Monday night (they only take reservations for 6 or more BTW, and we only had a party of 4). So when I arrived on Monday night to get a table, I... More

Staying in Santa Monica

Neighborhood Profile
Santa Monica
Santa Monica is a coastal town that maintains a balance as a tourist destination and as an area with a thriving local culture. On the beach, bikers, roller-bladers, runners and walkers move along the famed bike path enjoying the beautiful Los Angeles weather. The solar-powered Ferris wheel at the Santa Monica pier spins high above the water, while park revelers scream with delight riding the roller coaster. Inland from the beach, Third Street Promenade bustles with shoppers and street performers, where every block seems to have a musical or acrobatic act drawing crowds giving Santa Monica both the feeling of a laid-back beach town and a major commercial hub.
