Great burgers, malts. Waited forever for waitress to take order and place wasn't busy. Order got mixed up. Then waited for her to take credit card and finally just walked up to register. Then she seemed surprised when I didn't just hit the 15% tip on square and put in what I wanted to give her. Well I did give... More

This restaurant is in a tiny little strip mall but worth the trip. The menu has a good variety and even had a hard time deciding but the food is fantastic. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I look forward to going back.

By no means am I trying to bash this place, but it simply is what it is....average. We stopped by on our way home after spending all day at the boardwalk/beach. I have to say, the service was really good. They seated 6 adults and 6 children in a quick and friendly fashion. From reading the menu our mouth was... More

Well, first, I have to say that the staff was super friendly and made room for a group of 7 in just a few minutes. We did not wait very long and we didn't have reservations. I got a chicken sandwich with mushrooms grilled onions and peppers, but the chicken was very bland. Ordered Parmesan garlic fries, but they didn't... More

Food was outstanding!.. good sized portions and the avocado fries were made to perfection. The food had great flavor and was just an absolute treasure of a place to eat at... However, the service was pretty bad. We were waiting for a table for about 45 minutes when it honestly didn't need to take that long if certain tables were... More

Very possible this place is deserving of 5 Stars, but I've only been here once. If Trip Advisor would let me I'd give it a 4.5. FOOD It was hard to choose, there's many great-looking things on the menu. I went with the special, which was Chipotle Sliders - beef patty mixed with onions, cheddar, and chipotle; then topped with... More

It was one of the best tasting burgers I have ever had. Small, funky place, but the servers were all very nice.

I went to Santa Cruz for a hot, sunny, spring break vacation. The trip was lovely, and the people of the city were friendly and informative. We decided to try Surfrider Cafe for dinner on the evening of Tuesday April 1, 2014. The food was excellent, however the service was wretched. I ordered a Diet Coke and a water to... More

My family and I found ourselves in Santa Cruz during an impromptu Saturday drive. I read review for several different restaurants in the area and chose this one. We did not regret it. I am now obsessed with avocado fries! The staff was attentive and knowledgeable and the food and beer were delicious.
