This place was a great surprise. We were just looking for a local place to eat lunch, preferably Mexican, and stopped here. The food was excellent, inexpensive and we couldn't stop talking about how good it was. The menu is big enough to probably serve what you're looking for (if it's Mexican food) the prices can't be beat, and it... More

It was me and four kids ages 13-8, we stopped in on our way to the beach. We ordered bean burritos. They were delish and inexpensive. The kids want to go back before we leave. Staff was super friendly and they have a vegetarian section to their menu. Nice surprise!

Prices are very reasonable and the people are nice. Great location near the Boardwalk & Dream Inn etc. Not "amazing" Mexican food but very good, daily type Mexican fare and a go-to for me whenever I'm here.

Awesome food, very fast service!! only problem is there is no public restroom, i mean even for customers. but there is a good side, the food is great, and the location is beautiful, right in front of cowells beach.

I went to Las Palmas with a bunch of friends after enjoying the sunset on the beach. We wanted something quick and not too expensive. And we certainly got that. They weren't the best tacos I ever had. Not a lot of seasoning. But they weren't bad either.

My favorite Mexican food restaurant in Santa Cruz! I love this place! The food is excellent. The service is fast and friendly! It's small so sometimes is a little crowded but totally worth it. Try the Chili Relleno Burrito or the tacos!!!! Right down the street from the beach/boardwalk. Muy bien!

Nice little place and an old standby for us. You can get a beer or other beverage and tasty burritos and tacos. I wish they recycled their plastic spoons and forks and cups but at least they had glass and aluminum recycle. 3 minute walk from the park and a number of hotels.

Staff very friendly ,grandma cooking it up just like home. Small and cozy with Latin music playing makes you want to dance. Great location close to pier to walk off those refried beans. Bring your appetite and order up.

Excellent well- price no frills mexican food. Recommended by a local. Close to the beach and boardwalk. Line out the door was a good sign. Food was cheap and delicious. Got a seat without any trouble even though it was packed. Would recommend to anyone.
