We came for breakfast to the Seabreeze Cafe after our cousin recommended it. The food was delicious and inspired. I had the green tofu scramble and my husband had a huge sausage omelet. Both of our kids devoured the pancakes. The place is very small, but the wait was worth it. And the wait staff were really friendly. I highly... More

I almost hate to tell people about the Seabreeze Cafe because it will just make it even more crowded. The food is awesome. The baked goods are baked fresh daily, the cinnamon rolls are to die for, and the cakes, bread puddings, and pies or crisps are amazing. Each day there is a different muffin and a different dessert, but... More

You'll annoy Tex and Claire, the owners; Linda's been gone awhile. Good food, very well prepared; impeccable service and delivery. Home-made cinnamon roll or muffin with every meal, and they're not small. Families, neighborhood people, and folks who came in Porches sit side by side. Friendly, cheeky staff. I'll never forget the time the waitresses dressed up like bacon and... More

People who live in Santa Cruz know about this great little restaurant, most tourists haven’t found it yet. What I love is the great breakfasts and it opens at 6:00am. The wonderful Tofu Scrambles are large, hearty and a great way to start a busy day. Being GF vegan I had no trouble with the breakfast menu; lunch menu might... More

At first I wasn't sure judging from the outside. But on the inside the staff is very friendly. The food is great quality, not to greasy. I ordered the bacon and cheese omelet , they definitely don't lack with the serving size. My boyfriend had the tostada omelet, that came with a tortilla and fresh salsa. He made two full... More

Absurdly popular -- there's often a waiting line at lunch and always a waiting line on weekend mornings.

I read the TripAdvisor reviews for Linda's Seabreeze Cafe before heading to Santa Cruz and I have to admit I was a little skeptical that this place could be "that" good. After going there for lunch today, I'd like to say that this is exactly the kind of restaurant I'd like to own someday. The service was impeccable, the food... More

The Muffins alone will make you come back. But her food is truly delicious, that is why you often wait. But hey, help yourself to coffee. the place is not large and home grown. Staff are so nice and really try to please.

We tried this restaurant based on the TA ratings. It's just typical breakfast. There was nothing really special on the menu and we got our food so fast I wondered if it had just been sitting out waiting for someone to order it. Imagine, the food came out before the toast!
