Hot weekend!!!

Upon arriving we decided to sit outside as it was cooler than inside. This particular weekend the temperatures were in the high 90's and many places in Santa Cruz do not have air conditioning. The outside was warm but the shade was pleasant. The drinks were very good. The food was really tasty... read more

I love the drinks and the place however my last experience trying to bring a friend with me was very disappointed. The server was just to rude in letting us know u could just not stand up as we had just walk to the upstairs area and we were trying to figure out if someone would sitting us...or should we... More

This place is too much Santa Cruz... service is not good at all, and the servers have no clue... they are on autopilot not thinking about their tables and serving food and drinks in filthy plates, mugs and glassware. It is really too bad the owner(s) don't seem to care about this place. It is in desperate need of a... More

I probably should have gone after dark so I couldn't see how dirty the floors and the seating were. The wait staff was very nice and our drinks were delivered promptly. It was happy hour, so the bill was low. I had a rhubarb/cucumber drink and it was okay. The Le Pamplemousse looked much better and my friend told me... More

Don't be fooled from the outside decor. Go inside and upstairs for some excellent local cocktails and tapas. Andrew (bar tender) makes great Mojito and Long Island Tea. This is a local bar with great people.

I made reservations for two for NYE. Although they did not have any dinner or drink specials that night - it was still great. My girlfriend had a steak that she said was cooked perfectly. I had the artichoke raviolis with grilled chicken which was delicious. We each had a cocktail: Mojito and one of their signature drinks that tasted... More

Whoooow what cocktails and athmosphere!! Great :o) Had two per each and and a brule, but soon after these where given a check came. We weren't aseked if we wanted to order more. Behaving decently as we Europeans can do. We felt as this is a local bar for local people ;o) Not a good feeling, but still recommend this.

They have a couple of floor and we were upstairs for the brunch on a Sunday. Loved it. Cool cocktails, I had the Calirnia 75 and loved it. They have super fresh food. They play great music and have a relaxed approach to the seating areas. It's like you're visiting a friend or at a really cool party. We sat... More
