My family stopped here for breakfast during summer vacation from Texas on June 24th and returned again the next day it was so good. Possibly one of the best breakfasts I've ever had. I went here based on trip advisor reviews and it was better than expected. Should be ranked #1. Everyday there is a special. I had banana pancakes... More

Went here for lunch. We had a pitcher of beer and fish and chips. Service was excellent. Food was very good. Best fish and chips we have had in Santa Cruz. Relaxing atmosphere on the deck watching the boats come in and out. Great atmosphere for beach dining.

This is a laid back restaurant in the Twin Lakes area. A limited menu with fresh ingredients, prompt and friendly service. Everything was tasty. It can get crowded but has a nice atmosphere

My boyfriend and I were visiting friends who live in Santa Cruz and they suggested breakfast at Harbor Cafe. Everything was delicious and the drinks are great. Fun spot to hang with friends.

I ate here with my friends on Saturday morning. There is free coffee while you wait, along with a bar to make lovely post-hangover creations. We waited about 20 minutes to get a table outside for 10 people. We had the nicest waiter and waitress that I have ever encountered in a restaurant. My friends asked for 'like 1000 coffees'... More

Harbor Cafe has good food and good service. They open at 8:00 am. If you are going on a holiday or weekend for breakfast; be there when they open or you might have a wait for a table. It is a favorite for locals, sailors and fishermen as well as many vacationers.

Small and cozy restaurant. Must go early on weekends or you'll wait for a table. Had Eggs Benedict and it was good. However, my husband had an omelet that he loved. Service was great. Will definitely go back.

Loved the atmosphere. So many good options on the menu but went with breakfast burritos and they were delicious. The fruit was out of this world too. This place is worth a stop in for breakfast.
