Ate upstairs instead of waiting for a table on the main level. Seated immediately with a beautiful view of the harbor. Great mai tais! Salmon mango salad is chalk full of deliciousness. Super delicious. Spouse had pear gorgonzola with skirt steak and it was outstanding. Server was friendly. Loved this place!

We enjoyed our 1st visit to this restaurant. It's quite large and on the water. It is slightly overpriced, but the food is good and well worth a visit. It's an upscale seafood restaurant with a noisy bar above. The outdoor seating is wonderful. We had salads and appetizers, all great. Definitely worth a visit if in the area!

Much better than those on the wharf this one was surprisingly good. Nothing super creative but straight forward well prepared food. It is pricier than others but well worth it for the view and quality of the food. Liked the salad bar not huge but good quality items.

Dined indoors for dinner on a Friday night. Very busy make sure you make reservations for weekend evenings. Even though it was busy, the service was attentive and never made you feel rushed. Best yellowtail I have ever eaten. The entire meal was great and the view is hard to beat. the restaurant is located between the harbor and the... More

Ate out on the open patio area at sunset. We had the swordfish and the shrimp tempura. The food was excellent and the staff was very attentive. And we had a beautiful sunset to watch while we ate. Visitors leaving as we were looking at the menu told us it was great... and we agree.

Went for lunch recently and sat on outside deck on upper level. Weather was great, and the harbor views were lovely. Service was very good, and my burger was cooked just right with fresh, hot, crispy fries. The chicken wings were just spicy enough and cooked just to my liking. The salad bar was extensive and fresh, both veggies and... More

Went based on TripAdvisor review. Perhaps the view and location are key to this restaurant's ratings - it is on the water with a beach and lighthouse view. The restaurant has downstairs and upstairs seating, with the upstairs providing outdoor seating options and more casual fare. Since it was lunch, we opted for upstairs casual dining. Our food was not... More

We ate here for dinner and breakfast on our vacation because we liked it so much. The waiter was very professional, the food served beautifully on the plates, and it was fun to be so close to a lighthouse. In the morning we watched the fishermen come back to the marina after early morning fishing. Can't wait to go back!

The best deal is the Crow's Nest happy hour with 1/2 appetizers and 1/2 price well drinks. Sitting outside on the deck is about as good as it gets.

The idyllic setting of The Crow's Nest coupled with easy parking more than make up for any shortcomings this restaurant may have. As is common in most of Santa Cruz, service is hit or miss. The menu is not particularly creative; however the food is delicious. With that said, Sunday Brunch cannot be beat. It's the best in town. The... More
