This is my second time to this restaurant and always impressed me with their fresh seafood. The Baja California oyster is one of my favorite appetizer. Clam chowders, sword fish and mixed seafood are just as fresh as it can be. The oysters are the best, soo fresh I can taste the saltiness of the wafer, the grilled sword fish... More

I am a big fan of the Fish Market. Nice family atmosphere. Good service and excellent food. I adore the grilled artichokes when in season, a must.

First of all, we did not dine in--we ordered takeout. What we liked: 1. Incredibly fat, tender, mild Alaskan cod filets 2. Panko crumbs add the perfect crisp-crunch 3. Fresh veggies 4. Friendly wait staff 5. Varied menu What we didn't like: A little pricey.

This place has fresh seafood and is incredibly consistent, considering we've must've been here close to a 100 times over the years. They have a pretty larger menu, so they have a good variety to please everyone, though there are some items that we normally stick with and others we wouldn't bother. The chowders (both white & red) are very... More

If you are looking for fresh fish this is the place to go! It was very busy but our waitress gave us no clue how very busy she was and in fact she made us feel like her only customers! Our dinners where so very good and tasty and the prices were great for the all the freshness from the... More

This establishment is on of my favorite places to eat in San Jose. While the restaurant is really good, what I really like is the oyster bar. I sit there and chat with the guy behind the oyster bar while eating raw oysters, Oysters Rockefeller, Oysters San Lucas, smoked fish, and many other kinds of seafood, prepared right there by... I have been going to the Fish Market restaurants in the area for the past 25 years. My most recent visit was to the Fish Market in Sunnyvale on El Camino. I had sautéed yellow fin tuna with a side of cherry tomatoes and cole slaw. The food was very fresh and tasty. Service was good and everything arrived promptly.... More

we dined at the fish house based upon trip advisor reviews. we were disappointed with our meal in a few ways. We have some significant food allergies, which we communicated up front (and which also makes dining out a pain). My husband ended up with an anaphylactic reaction at the end of the evening. This, in of itself, earns the... More

I am a seafood aficionado, and this mass-market restaurant gets it right. From Sergio's attentiveness at the front seafood bar to the New England style lobster roll (made with north Atlantic, not spiny, lobster) to the day's fresh selections of oysters and fish, a decent selection of beers and wines make this my go to seafood place when in the... 6/17/2014 We don't come here very often, only when both of us can make it to the Early Catch, Mon-Thurs, 4-6pm with a choice of five $14 entrees (it was $12 until recently), through 2.6 miles and 12 traffic lights on El Camino Real. Parking is already tight at 530pm on a Monday, with no spaces close by, and part... More
