Great Afternoon Stop

We stopped in for a late afternoon refreshment, and ended up ordering their absolutely incredible nachos....twice. The best ever, and a very generous portion. Locally brewed beer very good. Good bar tables with views of the street. Good service. You should stop in.

The Brewhouse is a must stop for me when in Santa Barbara. They have a wonderful selection of beer and an extensive selection of food. This time 8 of us stopped there for a lunch after going to the zoo. Our server (Thomas) was friendly and attentive. The sandwiches were all excellent and the salads fresh. The beer was good... More

I love riding my bike on a nice warm day to this place , they always have a great selection of craft beers, the food has always been good , and the service , although they can be crowded at times , has always been great ! But the best part is a lot of locals visit here and they... More

I love this place. 3 excellent IPAs and an assortment of other craft brews. The food is very good and the price is right. Add the friendly service and staff and the location, near State Street and near the beach, and you have one good reason for visiting Santa Barbara.

Showed 4 stars on yelp out of 440 reviews but when we went in and saw the condition of the place and bathrooms I told my wife we are not eating at this dump. Disgusting and i wouldn't trust the food!

Sublime food, interesting entertainment, and delicious beer brewed in-house typify the experience at The Brewhouse. The jerked chicken was delicious, spicy and sweet. My experience at The Brewhouse was entirely positive. I also experienced the Brewhouse Enchiladas made with filet Mignon pieces, wild mushrooms, ancho-lime cream and pepper jack cheese served with black beans and a "Corn Cake". This was... More

The food was decent and the microbrews are interesting, including a spicy "Habanero Pilsener". The menu has standard fare at reasonable prices.

The beer was excellent, our server was great to give us some good recommendations. I tried the IPA and Cherry Brown - both excellent while hubby tried the Golden Belgian. The food was very bland.

If you're going for the beer alone, ignore this review. I spend half my free time at micro breweries and the beer at the Brewhouse was good. Just don't go for the service, which was probably the worst I've ever had, or the food, which was average. My husband and I stopped in on a slow Thursday night and were... More

Had one night in Santa Barbara on a recent US trip. Was getting rather fed up of places with great trip advisor reviews not matching my experience, but with the Brewhouse it redeemed itself. Honey beer was a great first option, and the stout was some of the best I've tasted (and I've done a few UK real ale festivals... More
