Good variety of beers on tap. During Happy Hour had 2 pints on tap for $7.00, Fish and Chips for $6.00, a lamb burger with french fries for $10.95,an 8 0z. River Barley for $3.50. Food OK, beer better. Outside seating, a casual, local feel. People here with their kids.

Varied menu but around an American theme really. Lots of choice of food and the beer menu is really special. The service is good, the prices reasonable and it's friendly with a very upbeat feel.

We had spent 3 nights in santa Barbara and had tried lots of fine dining. I needed home cooked tucker and found a Shepherds pie that competes with my own!Great menu that allows you to eat well without fuss . Good flavours, large portions and a good feeling of being well fed like only your mum can do! Also great... More

Since it was a Saturday night I expected it to be a bit crowded and it was. But, the service was pretty fast, more than competent, and not too pricey. Beer was nice and cold! Service personnel were attentive and I had a good hour or so at the establishment. Try it!

OK, granted it was the Saturday night of Solstice weekend, but as we were seated without waiting, I don't think it was that busy. It took our waitress a good 5 minutes to even greet us. Another chunk of time to get drinks. Later, when my niece and her friend asked for refills on their root beers, those took another... More

Lively, great staff and service and mainly for me is consistency of the food (and service). Varied menu, booths and tables. Overall great.

We were passing thru beautiful Santa Barbara just for the afternoon and were looking for a nice local place to stop for a bite. We stopped at the Brewhouse because of the great online reviews we found. We must have gone on the wrong day. The service was apathetic, food was bad (except onion rings my daughter ordered). Our hamburgers... More

This chef wowed us with his menu for this little pub like restaurant. The parmesan and herb crusted halibut with an orange coulis, sugar snap peas and mashed potatoes was delicate, moist and perfectly cooked. The ahi tuna salad was a beautiful creation, excellent portions and cooked to perfection.

We went here twice during our 1 night stay in Santa Barbara. We didn't eat at The Brewhouse, but we did sample the great selection of beers. Hubby was very impressed, the chilli infused one was v hot! Luckily he only had a taster. The girl serving us was very friendly and chatty. Bar was busy for a Tuesday night.... More
