The grilled vegetable tostada was full of fresh flavor enhanced by the soft breezes in the cheerful outdoor eating area. We were having a late lunch but the staff were happy to serve us. The menu was full of fish options as well as grilled chicken. A pleasant dining experience.

Five of us ate dinner at Carlitos and we all agreed it was the best prepared Mexican food we have ever had and the portions were large. The waitress was efficient, helpful and friendly and was able to answer our questions.

We choosed three different dishes. Everything was very good. Too big dishes. Sad to throw away that much good food.

It's a little above fast-food but came with really friendly service. Great prawn empanadas, decent margaritas. In fact pretty much everything was good. But the service was what put this restaurant above all the rest. Highly recommended.

Hostess was nice. We were seated and then ordered water and guacamole and chips. The guacamole was fair but after a couple bites I only ate the free salsa with the chips. After 15 minutes we still did not have any water and had not seen our waiter again. I flagged down the hostess to get water and she found... More

When you walk up to a hostess with no reservation and the place is packed, and she greets you warmly and finds you the perfect table, it sets the right mood. Then, you order a mango margarita and it continues. The shrimp tacos and enchiladas with mole sauce were both amazing. Fresh hot chips and salsa were yummy. And the... More

The service was excellent and the menu offers everything that anyone would expect. A little on the noisy side but it was expected whether you are inside or outside.

On state street with onsite parking which is a big plus. Service good but not great. Food was good but not as good as expected. Shrimp fajitas lots of big shrimp but way too many uncooked onions and a few green peppers. Not impressed.

Great Mexican restaurant, with traditional menu items and a few creative dishes. Outdoor seating with music, and pet friendly. I appreciated the friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. Several vegan/vegetarian choices.

We loved eating outdoors at this lively cantina! The hostess seated us quickly considering we did not have a reservation and the service was attentive. The salsa, chips, and guac were excellent. The food however was just average, which was a bit disappointing. I wish we would have liked it, but really, there was nothing special about this restaurant.
