Awesome Blackened Filet Mignon

I don't usually order Filet Mignon but I must say that this is one of their specialties. The best Filet Mignon I ever had. The corn bread is also good. BUT a little bit pricey.

Each time we visit Santa Barbara, we look forward to dining here. We have been frequenting this restaurant for over 10 years. The slogan is: "Let the Good Times Roll" as shown on a plaque in front of the restaurant in French. This restaurant is full of fun. It is busy. On Friday and Saturday, only the first sitting (5:30... I don't know what went wrong when we went to The Palace Grill. it was busy but nothing prepared us for the almost fast food nature of the service & food. We started off with the seafood gumbo which came very quickly - it was fine really. The main courses arrived and to be honest i wish they hadn't. Having... More

I'm more than a little surprised to hear about your experience, essentialmike. We work very hard to make sure all of our guests have a wonderful time here, and we've never been compared to a fast food restaurant before. It's not impossible that you simply caught us on an off-night, but regardless I want to apologize for letting you down.... More

Walked past by accident and we're surprised by the nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Cajun food we had was delicious although the pasta used could've been of higher quality (it would've made the food even better). Small muffins given as a pre snack were very good though.
