The restaurant is just the right size for intimate, yet congenial dining. The waiter was excellent - his demeanor fit the setting. The food was 5 star quality. My dining partner raved about her meal. I've been there before and have had excellent meals both times. For fine dining it's one of the best choices in S.B.

my friend and i were able to get a space at 8pm on a sat night even though we called at 645 to check for reservations. nice. we were given a choice of which room to sit in and took the back room which was cooler. it was also quieter which i prefer. our waiter didn't spend a lot of... More

The restaurant is pretty and fancy, and although a pricier than the average restaurant I go to, it's actually quite affordable for the occasional nice night out. Unfortunately, the food is nothing extraordinary, and therefore a waste of time. It was very disappointing, I wouldn't recommend... :(

Yeas, here we are a little over a year later, and I think Olio e Limone is even better. We had two courses - an endive/radiccio heart salad and veal with fresh artichoke hearts. It could not have been better. This has to be one of the best restaurants on the West Coast!

Dined in their private dining room for an event. The food was extremely good. Eventhough we had 30 people, the food was hot.

I had a squid ink seafood risotto which was fantastic. The Carpaccio was great and I particularly enjoyed their olive oil. Service was excellent.

Dined here 2 nights of our 6 night stay in Santa Barbara.....what a find! We loved it. I would fly back to Santa Barbara (From Ireland) for their Tiramisu alone! Would highly recommend it!

We enjoyed the setting, the food, and the friendly and efficient staff. They were happy to juggle the side dishes to deal with a dietary problem, and although we were interested in just a couple glasses of wine, they offered us a taste of their Brunnello di Montalcino. We settled on a chianti, which was quite satisfactory. (Wish I had... More

Santa Barbara is full of wonderful restaurants, and Olio E Limone is very nice, but truly not above average. The atmosphere is indeed causally elegant, the staff is plentiful and polite enough, although not always there when you would like them. We waited over 15 minutes for our server to take our drink order, although we did have tap water... More

the food was lovely and the atmosphere was calm and relaxing. we did find it a bit pricey. if you like to dine slowly and enjoy your wine this would be the place for you.
