After eating here on sunday evening I didn 't hasitate to make a reservation for wednesday evening (christmas eve). Both meals were exellent. I must mention the great winelist with wines that copmeiments the food very well. Try the tarte tatin as dessert paired with the Ojai vineyard Voignier ice wine; a combination made in heaven! All in all, two... More

This is a Santa Barbara institution that continues to offer a good experience. Whether outside in the atmospheric courtyard or inside in the main dining room, the setting is very pleasant, the service is a good version of "California Correct," and the prices seem well suited to the experience. The location is hard to beat too, in the middle of... More

We were wonderfully delighted to have dinner at the Wine Cask in Santa Barbara. Although a little difficult to find since in a historic building, we were not disappointed once we got there. There was a lovely bar at one side of the building and the restaurant in the rear. The restaurant also had an outdoor center patio that I'm... More

It was our first night in Santa Barbara and we were looking forward to an elegant dinner in what appeared to be a beautiful restaurant. It started out poorly with the table we were put at even though we had a reservation. But we were determined to still enjoy our meal. Unfortunately our waitress seemed rather disinterested. The salad was... More

My friends and I were visiting from out of town and wanted to check this place out. The restaurant is beautifully laid out and I liked the ambiance very much. The restaurant is best for romantic, and quiet evenings spent with good company or even business dinners. Their wine list is quite extensive and there is a wine guy readily... More

This is one of the best meals I have had in a restaurant, with wonderful wine and excellent service. I would 100% recommend.

a beautiful and romantic night under the stars, sitting on the patio with superb food. Perhaps our best meal while in Santa Barbara and a location we will frequent. This and Opal's were our top two.

Came here today for lunch with co-workers. Tables have been changed on the patio so there seem to be more tables for two, we were a party of three and ended up at a six-top which was a bit awkward. Food was excellent, service was excellent. Lovely experience that shows how lucky we are to live and work in SB
