We live in Santa Barbara and consider Aja to be one of the best restaurants, and certainly one of the best values, in town. We take visitors there regularly, and have never had a bad meal there. Tim, the owner, has a nice collection of reasonably priced wines, (no cocktails). His wife Sandy, who runs the kitchen, is exceptionally creative.... more
