What's better than a combination of great coffee and hard-core cycling? Well worth the slight detour off of State Street!

I've been coming here since they opened. We love to support local business, and the coffee is great. Just stopped in again today to meet a business associate, nice casual site for a little informal business meeting outside of the office. Stop in and enjoy.

This was my go-to coffee shop during this summer's SB visit. I didn't explore the menu, usually just getting a brewed coffee to get my day going, but I really like the shop. There's a guy hand roasting coffee in the entranceway every morning, and he says Hi to you when you walk in. The brewed coffee is different every... More

This place makes delicious coffee, welcomes all its customers- even new ones and provides a very friendly, welcoming environment. The owners ( both ex-professional cyclists) take great care to produce high quality coffee and in excellent service. Great tables outside with views of the mountains. Not to be missed! We wish it was where we lived.

We went to this coffee shop specifically because of all the great Yelp reviews for it. We had a basic coffee and found it to be good, but not great. And definitely not worth going out of the way for it. There were seats outside in the ally, but most people that go there seem to get coffee and hang... More

We have been travelling all over the world, and usually we get the best coffee in Italy - until we tried Handlebar!! We simply love this place and their Caffe latte! And will definitely come back!

Both owners lived and traveled in Europe and the coffee reflects it. A double cappuccino comes in a small cup not with 16oz of milk!

We went to this little cosy coffee bar in order to enjoy a good café latte. We always drink café latte in every place we visit around the world. Even though we have tried a lot of good coffee around the world we must say that this is by far the best we have ever had! Outstanding coffee taste and... More

It's really hard to find good coffee in the USA, so we did a little research and found this place. Not only the coffee is superb, the pastry is excellent too and the owners are wonderful people! We could even watch how the beans are roasted within the shop and Aaron explained us every detail, very authentic and a great... More

I was introduced to Handlebar by a local on a recent trip. After my first cappuccino, I knew this is one of the best coffee stops I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. Along with Backporch Coffee in Bend Oregon, it represents the closest espresso to what you get in Italy. The taste of their own roasted beans is... More
