Very good food and relaxing

Try the chicken (Tinga) tacos -- very nice. Pair with the kale salad and you have a very nice meal. The food is tasty without dumping on a lot of cheese or using too much crema. Staff are all very nice. Prices are reasonable. Enjoy!

Everything here is delicious. I could sit outside, drink margaritas and eat homemade guac and salsa with their home made chips all day long. The whole menu is fantastic. The service is great and the location is wonderful. I definitely recommend Cielito to everyone.

very nice experience. Cielito is a relaxed but slightly upscale mex/Latin menu. Great for families. The food is served in tapas style bowls and meant to be shared. It's great fun for us Boston gringos to have food we just can't ever get. We took 6 suggested menu items from staff and other diners. Every thing was superb. Can't remember... More

The margarita's were an excellent start to a fine evening on the patio at Cielito's. Our server was very good and prompt with drinks, and attentive without any pressure for refills. Matias knew the menu well and answered all of the questions on recommendations etc. The ceviche (sampler with 3 kinds) was absolutely terrific... we ordered a second round it... More

Cielito is a beautiful restaurant located in a lovely little pedestrianized lane just off State Street. It was a great find and we were immediately made to feel welcome on what was clearly a busy Friday night. Despite this we were seated quickly at a nice table upstairs where we could enjoy the bustling atmosphere from our elevated position. The... More

We went on a recommendation from a local. This is a casual restaurant but a bit more upscale than many Mexican restaurants. The margaritas were excellent. Although the menu isn't extensive, the entrees were incredibly good.

Came for a birthday party with 12 people. The number of people in our party seemed to confuse the staff. Though the place wasn't crowded they struggled to get our table ready. Once seated we were left to figure out the menu. After we decided on our orders the waiter turned up 20 minutes in and went though the food... More

We all had great Mexican food at a family dinner. It is a little on the spicy side but a unique blend of spices I. Every meal. The tortilla soup and seafood enchiladas were worth another trip back for. We parked in the parking structure and walked over.

The food is good. Right on State Street, but tucked into an alcove and beautifully lit at Christmas. Inside was large, bright and very loud downstairs. I'd suggest couples go upstairs as the main floor seems better for large groups. Ceviche was fresh and beautiful. Drinks were also good.

We ate at Cielito last night, after reading reviews about it and knowing it is in the cute little passerelle of La Arcada. The atmosphere did not disappoint: Christmas lights everywhere, Spanish guitar outside, heaters, tea lights...atmosphere. The wait staff were attentive and friendly and not over-bearing. We started with the nachos and ordered the 3 sampler dips as well.... More
