We arrived at Happy Hour time which was fortuitous. Only wanted a snack so apart from some beers we tucked into some of the snacks offered on their Happy Hour menu. Fresh flavours, very tasty. The place sits under cover in a shopping area beside a fountain with large terrapins in it. It was busy, had a long bar indoors... More

We ate on their terrace, which is in a beautiful courtyard with a fountain. I had a seafood enchilada and my wife had a vegetable enchilada. The fish was very fresh, perfectly cooked and the sauce was excellent. The busboys were extremely attentive but the waiter disappeared for long periods , which is the only reason I didn't give this... More

Fun location, great ceviche and grilled octopus. Filet mignon was a perfect rare paired with Faust cab. A definite culinary standout in Santa Barbara.

Tucked in the back of a patio was this restaurant. Ordered the ceviche of the day (red snapper with all the fixings), outstanding. The tortilla soup was savoy with a nice chile pasilla broth. Ordered tacos pastor ( two tacos per plate) includes rice, spring salad very tasty. Portions are small. There were three of us and the bill was... More

This not your average Mexican restaurant. It's upscale and trendy--but in a good way. The dishes are innovative and tasty. It's tapas style so you can sample a lot of dishes, sharing with friends. The cerviche selections are outstanding.

I was visiting relatives in Los Angeles and we decided to take a ride up to beautiful Santa Barbara. We didn't have a place in mind to eat but we had the dog so we needed an outdoor venue. We stumbled upon Cielito and we were glad we did. The service was a little slow but overall had a great... More

Great spot for ceviche and tapas. Plan to order family style if you make it Cielito in the heart of Santa Barbara. 100 yards off State Street, Cielito is a fantastic spot for dinner. TVs at the bar in case an important sporting event is ongoing; great staff to take care of your needs. They also serve fantastic margaritas and... More

I had the best experience at this restaurant while vacationing in Cancun. In particular, the waiter (Fernando) was excellent. During breakfast service he was very attentive and funny. Great service... Great sense of humor. He made my dining experience very enjoyable.

Our concierge at the Kimpton Canary recommended this restaurant and we have her to thank for a great experience. The restaurant is beautiful, beautiful interiors, great ambience, lovely outdoor seating, excellent mohito and really good food! A must have: The Ceviche is divine (try the one that has 3 different samplers)

I wasn't sure about going to this place given some of the negative reviews, but we love Mexican food and thought we would give it 1 try. We had lunch here one day and found the service wasn't slow at all, the ambience in the restaurant was good as well, but best of all the margaritas and food were amazing... More
