This place is really a find. No view, but the food is excellent, service is great, very authentic feel to it. We like it a lot. It is an oasis, lively, but consistently good food.

Sorry, but I just don't get it. I've seen the other reviews mostly raving about this place but unless we were there on an 'off' night I'd suggest the food is OK but not outstanding and the service was tragic. I simply can't give more than 2* to a restaurant where the waiter tells us we can't have plain toast,... More

Having eaten at Olio Restaurant the night before, my husband wanted more of a good thing. And it was good. We shared the anchovy and caper pizza. Those are two of my favorite things, husband not so much. He loved the pizza just as much.

I wanted a place to take my daughter and her two college roommates for dinner and this was recommended by the stylist who cut my daughter's hair down the street. It was perfect, and exactly what I was looking for, albeit on the expensive side for pizza. We ordered 3 pizzas, but could have been fine with two and not... More

There's nothing like an evening of dining starting out with good conversation until the crazy delicious pizza you ordered comes along and shuts all bon mots down. The place was super packed and the din was really up there (Huh?! What'dja say?!) But all that disappeared when the pizza came. Then there was this wafting of sweet deliciousness in the... More

I dine here sometimes, but pick up pizza often. It is terrific pizza, with that very Italian thin crust style. It is delicious pizza. The prices are steep though for the size of the pizza offerings.

We like to drive up to Santa Barbara and often select Olio Pizzeria for lunch. The chicken liver bruchetta is a favorite as is the creamy and spicy sausage bruchetta. The Parma Proscuitto is delicious, albeit expensive for the small serving served without bread. Pizzas are small, expensive, and really good crust - the carbonara is unique. Plenty of wines... More

I really do love the pizza here. However, the service can be slow and the wine is extremely overpriced. I recommend an arugula salad with the olio e limone dressing, any of the wonderful pizzas and one of the many mixed drinks.

We went here for lunch. The place was not busy and the service was fast and good. We got the pizzas after 5-10 minutes. We added parma ham to the pizza with truffles and mushroom, it was amazing!!!

This restaurant/pizzeria is not what it should be - especially for the prices they charge. The service was boarding on rude, sort of threw the food at us, of course noisy, and most of all the pizza is barely average, and for the price it should be GREAT! Having a salad is impossible as their salads are lackluster at best... More
