I loved sharing breakfast with my sister and husband on a recent visit. The garden setting was perfect for a casual morning meal. I can share that the eggs and mini potatoes were great and even better was the signature maple bacon cheese biscuit. Can't wait to return.

I stumbled on this place while walking from the post office and I absolutely love everything about it. The food was delicious, the location fantastic and nice staff. Got a couple of samples of food along with the meal; yoghurt and granola (which made me want to come back for breakfast) and a delicious caramel treat. Their kale Caesar salad... More

Went for breakfast. The concept of the food 4 stars. Quality control 2 stars. Poached egg and hard boiled egg are not the same. I had the mushroom gravy with biscuit. Hard pressed to find any mushroom flavor. It needed a bump up in taste. Biscuit and eggs perfect. The potato scramble also needed a bump up in flavor. Maybe... More

Wow! Quaint patio and indoor restaurant/cafe. Service was great, very attentive with good food suggestions. They have a full liquor license and some interesting drinks on the menu. Didn't try them, but they looked good. My breakfast was phenomenal! I had the shrimp and grits with a poached egg. Not something I would usually order, I am a bacon and... More

It was hard for us to believe that anyone could find this place but many tables were full when we finally stumbled upon it. We were pleased by the quaint and unique menu but unfortunately, it took a v e r y l o n g time for someone to acknowledge our table. Even once they finally did, it still... More

Just looking on line for a place for breakfast/brunch on Sunday of our visit. Found the Scarlett Begonia but it did not take reservations until 1 p.m. After a mass at the Mission we were ready to eat. We requested outdoors and were not disappointed except that tables were very close to each other. With that said, the wait staff... More

Traveling solo and I found this spot across from the SB Public Market. I did not have reservations, but was able to get in on a Saturday morning. Well prepared breakfast. Would like to come back and try lunch or dinner. Amuse bouche was appreciated

This restaurant started out as a breakfast/ brunch and lunch place and did so well they expanded to do dinners. It reminds me of a little European bistro with a small indoor space and an outdoor patio shaded by umbrellas. Some weekends, I can get a table immediately. For Sunday brunch, I have waited over an hour. I love their... More

Happened upon Scarlett Begonia after our yoga class - thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful, the food was delicious - we enjoyed gluten free bread, I had the eggs over potatoes - while I don't normally eat potatoes, they were so delicious I indulged in a few. We will be back next time we are in... More

Great atmosphere and stellar fresh food! Definitely on the upscale side even though we sat outside. My food (a burger) had to be sent back because it was cooked (rare) other than specified (medium). The service was great, and worth another visit back!
