Delicious

My simple breakfast of eggs, croissant, and chai was delicious. The service seemed a little disorganized, however, and they had to be reminded a couple of times to bring out the croissant which arrived well after the eggs were eaten. It was worth the wait.

Had Saturday morning breakfast here. The place was packed but they have a lot of seating outdoors as well as in. I had an almond croissant and the fruit and yougurt, husband had some kind of egg dish. Both very good. Other pastries looked fabulous. A little hard to spot in the shopping center. Look for Gelsons and then look... More

Whether it's lunch, a sweet snack with coffee, or a box of goodies to go you will be happy! Quiche is yummy, sandwiches are well crafted and satisfying and the pastries are ALL THAT! Having eaten macarons in Paris i can attest that Renauds are as good or better. Croissants are fresh and crispy outside and buttery inside. Cookies are... More

This place is an Absolute Must if your visiting Santa Barbara, I would almost drive the 3 hrs just to buy the croissants. the breakfast croissants are very good, but The Almond Croissants are out of this world. its almost tempting to drive the 3 hrs from my home just for those. If you find yourself in the area, its... More

We sampled the croissants, pains au chocolat, apricot pastries, and apricot brioche. The croissants and pains au chocolat were so good that we ordered boxes to take home with us, and we would gladly have taken everything in the pastry case had we had room.

From the pastries to the sandwiches Renaud's is always consistent. I go there every time I am in Santa Barbara and am never disappointed.

Went twice for breakfast and loved it. Excellent food and good choice of menu. Croissant just as in France and lovely to sit out in the sunshine.

We have tried Renaud's Bistro in both locations, uptown and downtown and found both to be delicious! From breakfast to salads and sandwiches all are homemade with care. My favorites include, Croque Madame, Quiche, grilled cheese, cappuccinos and espressos, and most especial the almond croissant which they make by the tray full because of the popularity amongst the locals. Their... More

Discovered Renaud's last January when we brought our son down for school. We have been here twice. We have tried the almond and plain croissant, both very good. The pastries are excellent but my personal favorite are the macarons. All of the flavors are delicious and they are so moist on the inside with that perfect little crunch on the... More

Brunch was very tasty, but pricey like you would expect. The almond pastry though was awesome. The drawback is having to stand in line to place your order, then wait a really long time for your food. It helps though to be outside and enjoy the morning. It is dog friendly too.
