It's fun to go during the holidays; they have it decorated so brightly. Always a cheerful atmosphere. A surprise bagpipe performance was kind of fun. The food is good, and the Lady Godiva martini is like drinking a potent dessert.

A friendly British Pub in the middle of Orange County. The beer pours well and the food well about pub food standards. Staff make it a little more special.

We love pubs. This was very similar to ones we have been to in the British Isles. There was a good selection of draught beers and the menu was fairly authentic. We could tell that there were a lot of regulars there; they knew the menu and the servers. The meal we had was good, not great. The service was... More

We 1st went here on a recommendation from a Car salesman. After an afternoon of negotiating on a new vehicle we asked the salesman for a dinner recommendation. The salesman, being English, recommended "Ye Olde Ship". I think it may have been called that at one time. We had dinner there that night 10 years ago and have gone back... More

I LOVE the Olde Ship! Soon, I'll finally catch trivia night. It's a great place for drinking beers and watching the game. There are always games on so it's a great place for international sports when you need a break from MLS and NFL. I've had a variety of options here ranging from the fish & chips to the cucumber... The atmosphere is great, the waitress (Celine) is an example for others to follow, the food was very tasty....BUT the beers are fine to taste but cost $7 and for that amount it's way too high. Plus they have no Happy Hour....lower the beer price or offer Happy Hour and I'll return.

Went here on a Friday during Lent trying to find some good seafood, preferably Fish & Chips. Walk in and there is live music, old time swing, so that tells you what the crowd was like that evening. Bar was full, but plenty of seats in the dining room. Seating was classic dark wood, vinyl seats, but pretty comfortable. Started... More

This is a great pub. The interior is setup with a nautical theme with some great items on the wall and on display. The menu is fun with it's various names for food like the "Winston Churchill" which is their roast beef item. There is a large quanity of food in each serving and it's high quality. Don't run afield,... More

A frequently visited "retreat" for a good buddy of mine. We start our day with a session of skeet shooting and then make a point of refreshing ourselves with a British style lunch washed down with an nicely chilled Guinness The staff are extremely cordial and allow us more than adequate time to enjoy our lunch.
