Good portions and good Price

I ate here post a 3 hr long drive to go to Disneyland for Halloween Nights. It is basic diner food with a nice atmosphere. It was not busy. The music is all 50's. There is nothing fancy. The staff is friendly and attentive. I had the tilapia and it came with a lot for a good price. I was... read more

I didn't want a full breakfast, so decided to order just hash brown potatoes and a "sunny side up" egg on top. The coffee was good, and the egg was cooked properly, but the potatoes were cold. It just ruined what might otherwise have been a light but yummy breakfast!

Big, fast, typical, almost home cooking at reasonable prices. The staff has been there for years, because they are treated and paid well. In turn they are ready to treat you well. The specials are always delicious, but you almost cannot go wrong with what ever they are serving whatever time of day or night. Did I mention it is... More

Good food at good prices. Service was fast and waiter was very polite, and checked back on us several times. I would highly recommend if you are in the area.

I'm surprised this chain has never ventured outside So Cal. It's always open, the 24/7 format is great for early risers and late night buffs. Seniors get a break, as well as kids. Good, basic food. Many choices, large portions, fair priced. Bring your appetite, or plan to take some home. Service polite and friendly. This area of Santa Ana... More

Don't misunderstand the food was good, but so is the food at Denny's it is "good" A better value then Denny's but the service at this particular store stood out. Thanks you for a great meal!

We were driving along the Pacific Coast Highway and saw the distinctive Norm's sign - looks like it was designed in the 1950's - and looked it up on the smartphone. Sure enough, been around since 1949. We did not stop at that one, instead went to a newer location in Anaheim a day later and were wowed at the... More

Went here with the family while we were in CA, I'd compare this restaurant to a village Inn. Casual dining, friendly staff, decent prices for a meal (about 7-12 dollars a plate) the wings they had were good, but I was disappointed with how un-spicy they were. We got the garlic parmesan wings which were really good, but there hottest... More

the Norm in Santa Ana is very close to my favorite hotel there, the Golden West on Main St., this restaurant has the friendliest staff, freshest foods and I like how the waitresses know my favorite spot already :)
