Just had breakfast with my husband at the Sunset Grill, formerly the Pacific Blue Bar and Grill. The service was impeccable! The food was reasonably priced and great! more

This place is great-don't be fooled b/c it's attached to Motel 6. It is awesome place to drink and hang out late night. Great local hospitality from bartender Tricia and the owner was even hanging out at bar with us telling us about local sights Hearst Castle, local wines, etc. Has a cool fireplace and karaoke on Fri/Sat nights. Nestled on the Motel 6 property, my wife and I first ended up here out of convenience as we usually stay at the Motel 6. The castle cafe went over some new changes this summer. They for one are no longer the castle but now the Pacific Blue Bar and Grill. I will say as a local I'm glad for the changes.
