Just what I was looking for. Small, neighborhood diner with booths from the 70's. The food selection is terrific. Very clean, wait staff is very attentive, the cook staff does not make you wait long for your food. Food was served nice and hot. Great experience and a must try place if you are driving on hwy680 @ crow canyon... More

If you love eating a a hearty breakfast, then this is the place! Located next to Lucky's shopping center on Crow Canyon Blvd, this place Rocks The Waffle! One thing I take notice of, is the waiting line that seems to always be there when I go. It's a short wait before they seat you and worth the wait when... More

Ruggie's is a classic breakfast/lunch diner type of place. Service is quick and the portions are generous. Nothing is outstanding but the food plus the ambiance equals a good breakfast experience.

Thanks to a promotional coupon, my family and I had breakfast at Ruggie's. It's small but had a good small-town restaurant feel. As we walked in, I noticed that the pancakes were the size of a Frisbee and found out later that they actually taste pretty good. I ordered the flank steak with eggs and was pleasantly surprised at how... More

Liked the diner atmosphere, waters and waitresses were very helpful with suggestions. Salads were crisp and filling.

Our family has been going to Ruggie's for over 20 years. Both long time residents and newcomers will find something to enjoy on the menu. The menu is basic "diner" type food and is consistently good. Our favorite time to go is breakfast. My husband's favorite is the eggs benedict. Ruggie's also is open for lunch and dinner.

OK, pardon the title, but IT IS a great breakfast place, and I had to stay overnight, my BF lives in San Ramon and I live in Reno! So, after we "wake up" we go get breakfast since no guys I know will cook for you in the morning! The food is like all homey and good. Just enough grease... More
