Great take-out selection

Stay at the Marriott nearby on travel, and I always find the takeout selection here excellent. I go to two Whole Foods in San Diego, and I think this San Ramon one has a better takeout area.

This entire store is pretentious. You cannot find basic food goods but kale in every conceivable way is offered. They need to get over themselves.

Don't understand why people consider this over priced "organic" grocery store a restaurant just because they sell prepared hot food buffet style. I used to go for just the pizza - they have incredible pizza, but Friday when I was there I was so grossed out because in the display case where the pizza was, there were also numerous flies.... We were staying in a local hotel and wanted a fresh, tasty prepared meal to eat beside the pool. The WFM was only a few blocks away and we found exactly what we wanted. Selections were varied and appetizing. We were very pleased with the meal and the price. WFM is our go-to place at home and did not disappoint... More

I went there for produce but I got so much more! Everything...I mean everything looks beautiful, because it did I spent way too much money...but my belly will be happy! I introduced my husband to all the fabulous homemade food. Now he goes there almost everyday for lunch!

Of course it is pricey; that's a given. But the food is simply stunning. And the scope of offerings is amazing. Service is ok but not stellar.

I come to San Ramon for work and this whole foods caters to the business folks who would rather eat organic, veggie, fresh etc. I'd rather grab and go sit by the nearby trail and park (about .5 mi walk) than sit alone in a restaurant. The store is medium sized and seems to have a good selection - The... More

My 14 year old grandson and I needed a quick lunch. He got a burrito which anyone would have loved. You choose a variety of items to have on it and they make it up in a jiffy. I had a few of many items off the hot food buffet type selection. It was a pay by the pound venue.... More
