What a lovely evening being served by Omar. From beginning to end we were pampered with great service and food. The special was a bass with capers and tomatoes in a light Italian red sauce...excellent, came with scallop potatoes and vegetable (broccoli) my husband had veal Parmesan , could cut with a fork, also served with scalloped potato and vege.... The restaurant was a last minute selection for myself and a couple of colleagues. The food was good but not spectacular. The service, especially the speed, was an issue. The waiter was friendly enough but everything took longer than expects to come out. The place wasn't crowded so I not sure if the waiter was new or that was the... More

I have been going to Cafe Arrivederci for years, mostly for lunch. The outdoor patio in the summer is wonderful. My go-to lunch is Shrimp Caesar salad. I am not a pasta eater, but friends say their pasta is excellent. The setting is casual and the service is attentive. I absolutely recommend Cafe Arrivederci!

The food and service are excellent, the ambiance pleasant, and the final feeling after dinner here, total satisfaction. Last time we were there, it was my husband's birthday, and mentioning it as we paid the check, the hos went into the kitchen and brought us a special birthday dessert in a box to take home. What a delightful surprise and... More

We stopped in on our way up to Napa. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We had the Cesar, Tomato Mozzarella and Linguini w Clams. Everything was excellent. I highly recommend this place.

Three of us dined here for lunch on a Saturday and were surprised to find the restaurant empty at noon. After being greeted and seated we were treated to an outstanding lunch served with confidence and fresh ingredients. I ordered zucchini fritti apertizer with the pollo sarda and was impressed. Absolutely delicious was the only way to describe my meal.... More

Had the pleasure of dining at Arrivederci again last week. We all just came for an entree. My seasfood special was loaded with clams, mussels and at least 3-4 shrip/prawns and scallops over linguini. Spicy/mild marinara sauce that was wonderful. The filet of sole was delicious as were the chicken parm and the eggplant parm, mellanze. Overaall everyone enjoyed their... More

This restaurant has been in the neighborhood for many years, under various names. Cafe Arrivederci is by far the best. The food is delicious, the staff friendly and accommodating, the atmosphere lovely, both inside and out. This is the place for friends meeting, groups meeting, bridge playing, retirement parties...anything. They will do you proud. Parking is minimal.

This is not a location tourists would easily find, but it's a favorite of locals and Bay Area people who know it. Food is wonderful, service is great, ambiance a real upper, but not overdone. It's a place we go for special occasions and "let's not cook tonight" dinners too. Seafood Risotto is the best I've ever had. When we... More

Finally. A great Italian restaurant. Carpaccio. YES. Calamari. Bring that. Pasta choices that were tantalizing. Nice variety of salads. Even a burger for those who can't face up to really delicious food. Splendid service and reasonable prices. Loved sitting outside. I had a caprese salad; simple, fresh and perfect for me. Next time I will try the pasta.
