We loved this place so much during our trip to Northern Calif that we ate here three times! We are from Southern Calif and have great food here, so our standards are pretty high, this place does not dissapoint! This is not a fancy restaurant, just really good food and quick service. Do not let the line freak you out,... More

We weren't looking for Mexican food when we Pancho Villa's. The food was made to order. Extremely fresh and flavorful. I had the chicken burrito, which immense. I ended up sharing with the my husband. My daughter had the nachos and ate them all. My husband had a super taco. My daughters favorite was the Mexican Mango smoothie and ended... More

Came during lunch and it was very, very busy. But the line went fast and there was always a seat. I got the Veggie Burrito. Inexpensive for a good sized burrito. I liked their salsa bar, they had very good sauces. Very good for a fresh lunch.

I'll start by saying that I enjoyed the experience, overall. The price for the 3 tacos, 1 carnita enchilada and 1 chile relleno was on the high side at 20 bucks. Got it to go at the end of the night (10pm) and I was surprised to get back to my hotel room without any napkins and no plastic fork... More

We called in an order for an early dinner while staying at the San Mateo Marriott, and made the five minute drive to pick up the food. Upon arriving there around 3 on a Sunday we were greeted with a very cool compiled-to-order taqueria that deserved a brief wait in the line to order in person. The bar where you... More

Meat was tender and flavorful, salsa was spectacular and service was decent. The burritos were large and the menu had anything you could ever want from a Mexican restaurant. Samples of meat before ordering definitely helped us choose.

It's hot, noisy, and crowded...ie. not a relaxed atmosphere for a meal. But the food is pretty good, portions are generous, and you'll have plenty of options.

We visit this place at least once a week. Love the food here. The menu is very well set. The food is always fresh and they do run out of things if we come in late say around 9PM :) The salsas (yes there are multiple choices) are really awesome. I would highly recommend this place if you want taqueria... More

Beautifully prepared and served Mexican dishes. Nicely adapted for non-Mexican diners but authentic enough to be popular with Central American taste as well. Servers are well trained, and the line for ordering moves along smoothly. We've never been there when there wasn't a nicely filled dining area with all sorts of ethnic-background diners having as swell time. Try it out.... More

Not fancy, but great menu. Lot's of wonderful choices and very fresh food. Service is quick and the portions are more than ample for the great prices. You watch prepare everything and can have it all made the way you like it.
