Food was good but the service was poor

This place has certainly gone downhill. The food used to be very good and is now good. The filet mignon is recommended and the house cabernet sauvignon was good. The desert beignet with the Vietname coffee ice cream was good also. Unfortunately we had to sit at our table upstairs for almost 15... read more

This is a fine restaurant with a NOLA touch that is very authentic. I had etouffee and others had southern dishes with each getting rave reviews. I also had oysters. We were four and everyone had a nice experience in spite of being seated on the second floor near some noisy people. Try to get an early reservation for the... More

I was at the Kingfish for a family dinner this evening. The portions were tiny and very expensive. I ordered the baby back ribs $26.00. I received 5 small pork ribs, large amount of lousy fries, and a coffee cup size cabbage/apple salad. My son ordered the Lobster Ravioli at $32.00 and there were 5 small ravioli that were very... This restaurant is pretty good, but it could have been better. We asked for a group booking in a semi private area - and got a booth in the middle of the restaurant. The wine we ordered was out of stock. I ordered a "Mac n Burger". My mistake........i thought i'd just try it, but the "mac" turned out to... More

San Francisco (and the surrounding towns) is very laid back and you're never made to feel hurried. I like this except when I'm waiting for my drink to arrive. This is a minor criticism on what was otherwise a pleasant experience.

Great location and atmosphere when staying near the San Francisco International Airport. Service was great, from the reception to the table everyone was extremely helpful! Food is very good and desserts are great. Atmosphere is excelent for a business dinner, with a casual atmosphere and a nice set up it allows you to have a nice conversation over your meal... More

I have always had a great meal here. I usually end up getting the grilled fish tacos which are very tasty. Sometimes have had the special and one night, they had a $10.00 skirt steak special which was really good. It is a two story restaurant. Downstairs has some large booths which could easily seat 6 as well as some... More

We ordered the cold appetizer plate for our dinner and a grilled artichoke. The oysters and shrimp were fresh and very good and the tuna tartar was my favorite. The service was okay and it took quite awhile to get our drinks. The artichoke was $11 and the rest of the dinner seemed a bit expensive for what we got.... More

Went here to celebrate a couple of bdays and it was a pleasant surprise. Nice restaurant with a new orleans flare. The food was very good. We had the cornbread, chips, and crab bites before dinner and all were very good. For dinner we had Jambalya, ribeye, fish and chips and lobster ravioli. I loved the cole slaw with apples,... More
