We had a horrible customer experience at Kingfish. Our orders came out wrong and when we asked for them to be corrected we were met with great disdain. And, can you believe it, we weren't finished with our meals and hadn't even been asked if we wanted dessert when they came to tell us we were being moved to accommodate... More

Came to KingFish for dinner at 6.30PM after a wonderful and fun time at GoldenGate Park Segway tour. This is one of the worst experience i had in a very long time. We got there at 6.30PM, ordered soups, salad at around 6.45PM along with the main courses. The salad and soups did not come out till about 7.30PM. The... More

We went to Kingfish last Friday night for dinner and had an awesome meal. Our reservation was for two at 6:30 pm but we arrived early and were greeted warmly and seated upstairs right away. Our table was in a nice area where we could see down to the first level, where a chef was preparing seafood behind this beautifully... More

Have been there twice now and not disappointed. Food has always been great and fresh. Crab salad is amazing - had it both times.

Been to Kingfish many times but not again on Valentines. They had their worst set of receptionists working who could not tell the difference between a reservation and a walk-in. Took 75 minutes with a reservation to be seated. Food service and quality was average at best.

I went there with a friend to have one last western meal before flying overseas. They did not disappoint. THe crap popper appetizer was incredible. Large amounts of crab meat fried to perfection. I enjoyed the fish and chips and the sidecar cocktail. Service was a little inattentive and slow, but the food was worth it. We never got any... More

The food was as described on the menu, pretty good if a bit overpriced. Our server was either extremely incompetent and/or under the influence. Bread took 20 minutes to produce. My appetizer came 15 minutes before my partner's salad. Meanwhile the waiter was semi-franticly drying plates and putting them on the windowsill behind another table, presumably to reset tables with... More

This was our third visit to Kingfish. This was a Monday evening, it's a more relaxing experience. Previously, we had been by on Saturday nights, and this place can be busy, with a younger, louder crowd. On a Saturday night, if you walk-in without a reservation, it will be a wait, and you will barely get eye contact from the... More

We had a group of my coworkers come here for a celebration party, and it was wonderful. We were seated upstairs where there was a large area with alot of art work and decorations. Unlike downstairs which was loud, upstairs was quieter and had fewer people at the time that we went during lunchtime. The food itself was very good,... More
