I've been going here around 15 years and it's my top pick for all-around consistency, value, taste and quality. Sushi Sam's is by far the best sushi I've had. It's not the traditional soy sauce, wasabi dipping kind of sushi. Here, the sushi is accented with sea salt, vinegar or lemon juice. This may not sound like your usual Japanese food but it taste great!! The fish is fresh and just melts in your mouth. From what I hear,... more
Very good sushi. Had the chef's choice nigiri, which was excellent. more

Very popular sushi restaurant in the area. Fresh special fish sushis are musts. Omakase was generous. Service was surprisingly attentive even though the restaurant was extremely busy on the weekend. Slightly pricey but I feel the food was all worth the $$$. more
Sushi used to be better years ago. more

They also have this bottle of limited edition sake call "Ku" (i think) that I haven't been able to find anywhere else. It's a bit pricey but it's a huge... more
