You MUST visit this spot if you are in town. We were recommended by a client to come to this restaurant, and it happened to be their Restaurant Month so they had great deals on their set menus. A plus with their local wine flight pairings. Try to get seated on the patio by the creek. They have great appetizer... More

We asked for a table outside by the creek as it was a beautiful day! It doesn't matter where you sit because the food is excellent no matter. The salad was fresh and dressing was just the right amount. Service was friendly but not intrusive. This is a wonderful place for lunch or dinner but I enjoy the summer afternoons... More

We enjoyed a lovely lunch with friends out on Novo's patio overlooking the creek. It was a warm sunny day, so they had the umbrellas up. Given that I am from a cold climate, it was nice to enjoy a meal outside. I thought the server was very friendly and helpful and she had no problem when I asked to... More

We greatly enjoyed duck and salmon entrees and they have an impressive wine, beer and spirits list. Unfortunately, our server visited the tables to either side of us several times before ever acknowledging us. The lack of attention and nonchalant approach detracted from the experience.

Whenever I have guests from out of the area, I suggest Novo, which is owned by the same person who started Robin's restaurant in Cambria, and also owns Luna Red a few blocks away, near the Mission in SLO. Upscale, fine dining, a nice bar and a rear-of-restaurant creekside venue help to make this a memorable experience. The salmon bisque... More

We dined here for lunch and had a table next to the creek. Large umbrellas shaded the entire patio and made for a nice atmosphere. I ordered the lamb kefta patties on a salad. It was a nicely composed dish with absolutely amazing fresh tomatoes (I even asked for more!). The spicy yogurt sauce was too hot for me but... More

We were really stunned by how awesome this place is. It was a recommendation by our hotel, La Bellasera, and it turned out to be absolutely great. The service and good were excellent, but what truly makes this place stand out is its gorgeous outdoor seating, with a river, bridge and plenty of night lamps all over the place! Also... More

We had a really tasty lunch with the children at Novo. The ribs, nachos and chicken wings were to die for! All the food looked fantastic. Great service and we had a lovely table on the patio by the brook. Very good with our children too. We would love to go back one day. Sure its great for dinner.

Had a great family dinner at Novo- great creekside ambiance, easy kids menu for 5 year old and hard to choose what the adults liked best--salmon was superb, pork carnets were excellent but the hands down winner was the Moroccan fried chicken; great seasoning, quinoa pilaf and spiced yoghurt sides. Definite "repeat" restaurant.
