Novo is one of my favorite restaurants for lunch. I don't eat here for dinner because 1. the menu is different and 2. it's so much more expensive at dinner. But this is a perfect lunch spot with the patio in back on the creek. The food is amazing and I've always had really good service. more

Can't go wrong here. Food is delicious, service is great, and whether you sit inside or outside, it's a great atmosphere. I make sure to stop here every time I travel to SLO. more

We went there on recommendation of the great beer list so we were suprised to find it was quite an upscale and romantic restaurant with an outdoor heated section. Patio dining at Novo on a nice day is a special treat everyone should get to have. It's a bit pricey, and don't count on most of those salads filling you up for lunch, but the food is delicious and inventive and served well. more

We followed the recommendations on Tripadvisor and were not disappointed. The sandwiches/soups are wonderful! We came back for dinner and enjoyed the food once more. Fresh and flavorful is the halmark of this gem in San Luis. more

We had a great dinner here, sitting outside on the patio was great, the heat lamps were on but were not needed, the martini's are a bit on the pricy side, but we splurged. The meal was great! Asian fusion cuisine with an emphasis on strong, spicy flavor. We had the panang duck and chili pork, which were both intense. Not subtle at all, but great fun to nibble through. We were fortunate to get a table on the patio overlooking the creek and were serenaded by the frogs below after nightfall. more
