Very Convenient Panera Bread Along U.S. 101

This is the only Panera Bread along U.S. 101 between Santa Maria and Gilroy. It is in a very attractive shopping center in San Luis Obispo (SLO) which draws a lot of CalPoly University students. There are other restaurants in the shopping center if variety is desired.

This Panera is just on edge of a large shopping center in SLO and is very convenient. Typical Panera offerings of sandwiches, salads, breads, etc - but the real highlight is the quite nice patio outside, which accommodates a large number of diners. Nice place to eat in the shade and be outside! Also - the service was great! Food... More

Just ate at Panera SLO today trying to break up the long drive from No Cal to So Cal with something a little better than fast food. The food was OK - not great but OK. But there was no one cleaning the tables. Every customer had to clean their own table. I don't mind clearing my dishes but are... More

I am a lover of Panera, and this location is often a go-to for me as well as my friends. If you don't know what to get, the Pesto Sacchattini is delicious as well as the Apple Fuji Chicken Salad, and the Mac and Cheese is a creamy no brainer. But I do have some beef with this location. My... More

We shared a turkey BLT and the bread was fresh and delicious, we also have smoothies that were obviously made of real fruit and the service was stellar

Me and my sister went here for a quick snack. A friend of mine gave a gift card so i used it. I ordered brocolli cheddar soup and tuna sandwhich, its good but its not that filling. The place is nice and clean.

After we ordered our food I went to the restroom. Ew! It was filthy! Then we searched for a clean table, it was joke. We asked a lady to clean the table, she didn't speak, just walked over and wiped it down. Love Panera, the food was good. If we lived in the area though, we would NOT go back!

Very disappointed with this restaurants poor rude service and the bread they served was somewhat stale. We receive the meals fairly quickly. But the older gentleman taking the order should probably step down off his high almighty horse and allow someone who has people skills take the orders. After talking with the guy I really wanted to go next door... More

The place was very busy at lunchtime, but the staff was efficient and had our orders out quickly. The food was great, and the options were many. I enjoy Panera Bread very much, and this one was one of the better ones.

I come her often so must say very disappointed in today's meal. First of all they were short at the cooking area. There was a large 'take out' wait. I ordered in. The quinoa bowl was salty and average, the quinoa was lumpy and a few 'balls' like it was taken from a package and cooked. The power chicken &... More
