Great service, atmosphere and great looking food, however the salad was way over dressed, the bread way over buttered and the bananas foster nearly forgot to include banana (only a half!!) It was decadent and tasty food though, I guess I am being a bit unfair since I am on a bit of a health kick

Check out their Happy Hour small plates! The food and service are great, and with Happy Hour prices, the place can't be beaten!

This place is a gem! We arrived at the Marina Inn in the evening and decided to eat at Horatio's rather than drive to find a restaurant. So glad we did! The clam chowder was one of the best I've ever had. The lobster bisque was fabulous too. We each had a salad so I can say that the wedge... More

I have been to Horatio's twice now for happy hour and both times were really nice experiences.. Pleasant ambiance with nice views of the San Leandro Marina..Happy hour menu is decent but not extensive. Wait staff was good. It's a nice place to go with a date or to hang out with friends. Horatio's is on my list of stops... More

We enjoyed our lunch immensely. My companions loved the Chicken Dijon, the restaurant's signature menu item. It consisted of two huge chicken filets, coated with a delicious breading and accompanied by Dijon sauce. I had the (three) Cod Filet tacos, which were coated in a crispy batter, guacamole, and a mild chipotle sauce. The fresh bread was served with garlic... More

This was absolutely one of the best lunches I've ever had during a business trip. My Wife and I thought we were going to have a standard fare meal until we arrived at Horatio's. The atmosphere was great, being located at the Marina in San Leandro. The quality, quantity, and flavor of the food we received was excellent. Service at... More

I've been visiting Horatio's on and off for about 15 years. Visited on 3 recent occasions including Father's Day brunch, a challenge for any restaurant. The menu items, including their unique specials, are all excellent, with something for everyone. Our party has had the smoked salmon Benedict, traditional Benedict, but the pear bread pudding French Toast was absolutely incredible. The... More

Fast service but basic mexican food. Nothing super special but good enough to eat when you are hungry.

We did not arrive until after 9pm at night. There was some confusion getting a waitress at first but it turns out she was going home because she was not well. This turned out to be fine since our waiter Chad was great. He recommended the garlic bread which was addictive and the fish tacos which I think was on... More

I was staying at the Marina Inn next door and wanted to have lunch nearby. Although there were many empty table, I was told there would be a wait of 20 min. I asked if I could eat at the bar. I was told to seat myself and went to the bar. The bartender was busy and it took a... More
