One of my family members suggested this spot for lunch half-way between LA and San Diego. We had excellent food and sat outside on a lovely shaded patio. The waiter was super, great with the kids (and we adults too). We will definitely go back again for the next family get-together.

Had a great brunch on the patio with a group of friends on a nice sunny day. I had the crabcake eggs benedict which was delicious. The service is impeccable. Great location across the street from the Mission SJC and various local shops. I'll be back!

Never fails. I bring clients , relatives and friends here, there is truly something for everyone. The pot roast is fantastic. A runner up for all of us is the Marcie's Salad : It has apples, chicken , blue cheese and even date nut bread on the side. Service is great , not pushy but attentive. price is good for... More

The menu needs an overhaul it has a very odd mixture of items and has lost it's theme. Patio setting is great but seating needs attention. Overall not bad but not memorable - this place used to be better.

My first visit to San Juan, so I used Trip Advisor to choose my lunch spot. I wasn't disappointed! The wait staff was very friendly and my chicken salad sandwich on a croissant was delicious. The outdoor patio seating was lovely, the weather perfect. Quite a charming little place.

This popular restaurant has won high praise from other reviewers, and it's no wonder why. The setting, across from the mission, is attractive inside and out, And the cuisine is excellent. I had the crab and scallop cakes, served with a delicious jalapeno tartar sauce and a cesar salad. My wife had equally good salmon. Service was very friendly and... More

We ate outside on the very pleasant patio. We had a chopped salad with salami, chicken, olives, cheese, etc. The dressing was great. We also had a smoked turkey Zuni roll, also excellent. Our server was friendly and accommodating. Prices were fair.

After visiting the mission last week, my husband and I shared a huge turkey, avocado and bacon sandwich on the inn's patio. It was delicious and plenty for the two of us. Our server was gracious and efficient and everyone around us seemed to be having a fine time. We would definitely return when in the area.
