I found this restaurant through Trip Advisor and all I must say just how pleased I did. It is set in the patio of a very old house in the Rios Road area of San Juan Capistrano. It is adjacent to a small store and the railroad. The brunch that we had was excellent and the ladies erving could not... more

I laugh at the people who complain about the price and their kids not being able to have plain food. This is a gourmet restaurant. If you live in OC and have any palate at all you know that there are very few establishments that have gourmet cuisine. Finally a nice restaurant that isn’t a steak house in OC, amazing,... more
An anomaly in this largely soccer-mom infested town.. limited menu but startlingly creative dishes in a unique and lovely atmosphere. I have never had a bad experience at Ramos House over 12 -15 visits. When we notified management that it did not indicate only one glass of champagne he proceeded to tell us that he will try and be clearer on the menu... more
Lodged in a historic adobe building, culinary genius chef-owner John Humphreys turns out contemporary American Cuisine with Southern flair. The tranquil patio seating flanking the herb garden provides just the right ambience to serve the OC's best Soju Bloody Mary. On weekends, the $30 brunch menu completes the experience and includes a beverage, starter, and entree. Favorites include Cinnamon Apple... more
