Fun Place to enjoy a Spicy Crab boil

I enjoyed the King Crab boil dinner. The wait staff made the entire experience enjoyable. Get read for a fun and mess dining experience. They cover the table with plastic and give you a plastic bib. Your will need the bib, trust me!

We waited for 2 hours before we were seated. Long queue and people were really willing to wait. Good points: _ delicious food (we had dungeness crab, shrimps, crawfish, catfish, oysters, fries, and rice) _ good service _ hospitable and efficient staff who managed the queue Areas for improvements: _ fried catfish can be made tastier and lessen the batter... Good food, but the lines are too long. Service was very well organized for it being so crowded, but the long wait makes one think about if the meal is worth the wait. My advice is to come early and be prepared to wait.

Food is excellent but you have to be brave to wait for 2 hrs to get a seat which is very annoying. Staff is nice but my message to the management is "don't make it that hard for the customers!!" Double or triple the size of the place or move to a bigger location. At least my husband and I... More

They put a big sheet of wax paper over your table when they seat you. They dump lime wedges on top with salt/pepper containers, so you can squeeze lime juice into them to make your own dipping sauce. Your meal comes all bagged in plastic bags, carried in a metal pail by the wait help....corn dripping in butter, king crab,... More

First things first! I always make a point to stop by The Boiling Crab when I'm in the area! 2lbs shrimp, 2lbs clams, 1lb crawfish the whole shebang medium all in separate bags. 2 sides of rice. 2 sides of corn in butter. 2 iced waters. Lol, can you tell I have my order down to a T? This is... More

My sister treated me and my family to dinner at this restaurant. She forewarned that the wait time was about two hours. We got curious and so we waited. It was more difficult for our group of 10 to be seated. We were finally accommodated right before their closing time. Guess what..... It was worth the wait. The Dungeness crab... More

want to share great food in a homey atmosphere. eating with your hands and your table cloth is made of parchment. This is a great place to just peel your shrimp or crab and drink beer. Bibs are included

First off, I'm not a veru patient person. When they said a 2 hour wait, I was out of there. But the family heard so much about this place they begged me to stay. We went across the parking lot to another restaurant and had some beers. I believe all the other restaurants in the area only survive by skimming... More

I will just move to SJ because BC! The clams are the best! Many People will say they have really good shrimps, but my favorite is the Dunguness Crab. :-)
