The Naglee Park Garage started life as a little neighborhood bistro in what used to actually be a car repair shop and in a somewhat uppity neighborhood next to San Jose State. That was about ten years ago and while it was a place catering to the neighborhood it worked very well. Then it was featured on a TV food... More

had a great meal at the Garage. Loved the food and the experience. Had the mac & cheese, salads, burgers, bread pudding. everything we had was top notch. I loved the whole experience. Walk into the Garage, order, pay and walk out to an outside seating area. I would go back in a heartbeat! really reasonable for California.

We enjoyed our meal. The owner was helpful and attentive. It is a well run restaurant. Great pork chops and bread pudding. They have steak fires and spicy ketchup.

We had some really good food here and it was a cool place to see. Really good burger, tri-tip steak sandwich, and bread pudding that were all quite tasty. The servers were all very nice, friendly, and quite helpful.

The spinach omelette was done just right and served w/ a variety of fruit. Others also had great looking breakfasts -- two had the bread pudding. I'm looking forward to the next trip to San Jose.

We tried this because of Diners Driveins and Dives, I ordered the French toast vanilla bread pudding, it was good but for breakfast as a meal it was really sweet. The spinach casserole was ok. Cost for 2 breakfast and coffee to sit outside and wait on yourself was $23.00 I thought it was good but not amazing. The outside... More

I stopped by with coworkers on a recent business trip due to the food network connection. It was out of our way but we wanted to try it. The place is very small. The service was good. The food was just ok. We all agreed that it wasn't really worth the trip out of our way.

When you walk up to this small place, the sign says to read menu before you enter. Decide what you would like to order, walk in, and if a line, 5 people in our group, they ask what you would like to drink. We stand in line with a glass of wine, or beer or other, then give order, then... More

I came to Naglee Park Garage with my family, and our friends' family. We were eating after a play date. Both families ordered the same things. The place itself is nice. Not too fancy, but there were enough tables and seats for us. The people who worked there used playing cards for your order. There was a long line, but... More

Great food here! I got the 1/2 pound angus steak burger with fries. It came in humongous portions, being almost to big to bite into. It came with their specialty sauces, one catchup with tomato, chunks and the other being a barbeque sauce. The fries were huge, more like potato wedges than fries. The leg of lamb was already cut...
