Are you ready for some seafood?

If you're looking for seafood, any seafood, you'll find it at the Fish Market. We went there specifically for King crab, but we were tempted to try some other dishes. The service was excellent.

Very nice atmosphere - old fisherman like on coast or fishing port pier, service excellent, must make reservation, the variety of menu items is extensive with other options outside of the seafoods, waiter was in a hurry to turn the table, food presentation and quantity were good, lots of good sour dough bread, very noisy.

The Fish Market is our "go to" restaurant! We meet new and old friends there. We enjoy sitting at the bar with the friendly staff: Micheal, Pablo, and Miguel on Sushi on a Monday. We are always greeted and treated great! When we have Gionni serve up a seared fish or oysters at the oyster bar, the meal is fantastic!... More

Nice and relaxing restaurant with superb seafood. The choice is huge as is the portion size - couldn't finish all the deep fried scallops but what I ate were delicious. Drinks selection is good with some fine local craft brews. Reasonably quick service but once served no particular rush which was welcomed.

Fresh seafood is rare in the South Bay. While the service may be hit or miss, the food is good. Steamed clams and the Duckett's Bucket which offers clams and mussels was quite good. Beer selection both draft and bottle is very good.

Started with really delicious calamari. It was not greasy at all. Seafood stew with Dungeness Crab doesn't have a lot of crab, but it is wonderful nevertheless. Trout was also excellent. The service was outstanding. Would definitely return.

Having eaten at two decent Fish Market locations (Santa Clara and Palo Alto) many years ago,It is hard to find the right words to define this one venue. This restaurant, like the other ones pride itself of serving the freshest fish available. Unlike the other ones, ambient, hostess, server and frequentation are totally unimpressive rather than barely adequate. Yesterday we... More

I gotta say, the place has fish down pat. I had dinner twice with relatives while visiting San Jose. We sat in the bar area (at a high top) once, and sat outside the other time. The drinks were good but the fish was excellent. Service was above average. I can see why my brother and sister in law have... More

You will find a plethora of seafood, sushi and great asian cuisine in this area, that unless you have to oblige with your boss or client request, do yourself a favour and keep walking.
