Great Cioppino and ample free parking

This great restaurant is on the top floor of a 5 story parking garage; be sure and get your parking ticket validated. The Cioppino was fantastic. The tomato based soup was loaded with shell fish, especially scallops. Besides the scallops, it had good fish morsels. Although it was advertised to... read more

Very nice restaurant, but average meal - not really worth the price. The scallops I had we on the mushy side, shrimp was good, lobster was also pretty good. The often mentioned "view" from the restaurant was nothing to right home about.

Scott's has wonderful food and the atmosphere is amazing. Very convenient before a show at The San Jose Performance Arts. Their food is fresh and the staff is great. We will be back again.

When I stay somewhere by the ocean, I want fresh seafood. The hotel recommended Scotts to appease my appetite. The recommendation was spot on. The menu has a variety of items to choose from to meet your seafood needs. Every dinner at our table was well-prepared and very delicious. If you want great seafood within a short distance from The... More

The food was okay but the service was not so great. We started with one server and in the middle of our service ended up having the bartender serve us without any notice? I used to work in food service industry and it is always customary to let your guest know that server is changing hands. That wasnt worst...that i... More

Nice views, great server, good but cookie cutter wine list and overall good experience. The clam chowder was good, and I'd get it again, but it's not uniquely special. Enjoyed the Mahi Mahi dish, lots of garlic and flavors. Our waiter gave us a great wine recommendation and it was a good overall meal.

Scotts is well reviewed on Yelp and Open Table but I find it to be very average. It's nice to sit an look out on downtown San Jose but the place feels like a big cafeteria.

This place was very busy and so glad we had booked. The food was really good and we shared a starter - Crab Cakes - really were the best I have ever had - OK so I've not had many but these were delicious. Lots of white meat - not too greasy and great crumbed outside. Mains were equally good,... More

Scott's San Jose has undoubtedly one of the most beautiful rooftop patios I have ever experienced. It is a great place to sit and relax with friends over a drink. The gas fireplace is stunning and it gives off a good amount of heat. Check out the images on Google. It really looks like them! The planes landing at SJC... More

Had lunch at Scott's on a Friday. Weather was great so I opted to sit on the patio. Ordered the fish & chips. Service was excellent, food not so much. The fish was 3 small pieces , they were ok but not great. Would I go back? Probably for happy hour just to sit outside and enjoy the view, not... More
