Maggiano's gives you the feel of a family owned restaurant but it is backed by the strength of a major corporation that provides consistency, training, value and promotions. The food is remarkably Southern Italian with a lot of red sauce and pasta variations. Usually offering some LTO that increases the value like the last time we visited it was an... More

In the center of Santana Row, San Jose, this restaurant is a perfect place to meet for lunch. Extensive Italian menu; I had their Clams with Linguini with their hot fresh bread. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Continued our relaxing visit at their outside patio. Great sevice.

Went there for a graduation party last Sunday. The place was pack! Our host ordered many appetizer and main dishes, such as deep fried calamari, bruschetta, and sausage & peppers, which all taste delicious. Came to the 'main event' of huge portions of angel hair pasta, lobster carbonara, rigatoni, and classic spaghetti & meatballs. Of all dishes, my favorite still... More

There isn't much space for getting around at this busy restaurant, but the food is amazing. Everything is served family style, so you all share. The quality is superb. It's also surrounded by tons of shopping. Will most definitely be going back!

We had our daughter's Santa Clara Univ. college graduation party there this past weekend. We reserved a room for 16 people a couple of months prior, knowing it would be a busy weekend with graduations and Father's Day. This was the way to go! Nice quiet, cool room for our party. They even had a sign out front listing the... More

We were on our way to drop off our nephew at San Jose State and he suggested eating at Maggiano's. The parking was challenging but worth the effort. Very impressive restaurant from the outside and the inside was more on the dress casual side. We ordered an appetizer of Stuffed Mushrooms and our entrees were: Spaghetti served in Meat Sauce... It was Father's Day and very busy. My reservation got messed up but they managed to take really good care of us. They are great for groups. The food is great and service is dependable.

Let me start out by saying that we were there on a Tues. at about 3:00pm and it was perfect! I am very picky about my 5 stars and this was 5 star all the way. I had the chicken spinach Manicotti and it was FABULOUS, the best I have ever eaten. We split a grilled asparagus and it was... More

We had a 5:30 reservation for 7 and got there a little early. We were seated about 5 minutes after arrival. I wouldn't say Maggiano's is authentic Italian but the food was good. The portions are huge with their already reasonable prices. Our server was very attentive and we never had to wait long for our meal. My only wish... More
