The white rice, beans, and fried plantains are always good. Pollo en fricase, ropa vieja, fish, and shrimps are good choices. I don't care for their arroz con gandules, pork, or tamales. The yuca frita is pretty good.

My hubby and I ate here awhile back and after reading the reviews, decided on the Lechon a la Cubana, the slow roasted pork dish that comes with black beans, plantains, and choice of chicken soup or salad. We loved it. This time though, since I no longer eat pork, decided on the Camarones Al Ajillo, prawns sauteed in garlic... More

I went for dessert after having dinner somewhere local with some coworkers. We didn't call in a reservation since we didn't plan on going for dinner and had to wait quite a bit to get seated. After getting seated we narrowed in on the restaurants dessert list and saw the Tres Leches, but to our dissapointment they were out. We... More

This is traditional Cuban food…no frills or flare, just good tasting food. We've been here a lot…it's our favorite Cuban restaurant in the area. Everything we've ever had has been very tasty…whether it's an appetizer, a traditional Cuban Sandwich, pork, chicken or beef dish. The portions are ample and it's all easy to share if you want to try more... More

I can't understand how anyone could trash this great restaurant. The food is completely authentic (I know!), delicious, plentiful and at prices that are a gift. I recently took a friend who travels frequently to Cuba. He was skeptical, but when the meal came he said, "I can't believe I'm saying this, but this food is better than in Havana."... More

I dont know how this restaurant is even running. This restaurant has very weird timings. The restaurant is closed on sunday afternoon and evening and they will be even closed on lunch on friday. The food is horrible. We took a expired groupon there and I was told that the groupon cannot be used while ordering sea food. Since the... More

Over the last few years I've visited Habana Cuba multiple times. The food is always delicious and the ambience simple bu friendly - at lunchtime it is a great place for a quiet business meal and in the evening a fun place for a group to meet up. I have tended to stick to dishes like the slow-cooked pork with... More

A friend I wanted to take to lunch said she was eager for some Latin food, so this is where we came. Each of us ordered a drink beforehand -- a mojito for her and a rum with fresh mango juice for me. We both were glad we went! Habana Cuba is darn cheap for a lot of yummy food:... More

We have been to this restaurant several times, and overall we like it. In general, the food, service, atmosphere, and prices are all good. Sometimes the service can be rather slow. On our last visit, it seemed to take forever to get our soup, which surprised me. I'm sure the soup is already made, so I don't understand how it... More
