My husband and I both ordered the sirloin. I asked my husband if his steak was good and he said it had an old taste but it was ok. My steak was tough (medium rare) and tasted old, freezer burnt and ruined. My husband just smelled it and called the waiter over and had the steak taken away. It was... More

The one thing I love about Outback has been their consistency, this location is the exception. Our server was clueless, we went on a Wednesday for their "No Worries Wednesdays" and we had to explain the promotion and the items that were included in the special. Very frustrating! We usually get great service at Outback but not this time. When... More

We stopped at this Outback on a Sunday evening. After getting our water and bread and placing our orders, we headed to the restrooms. Returning, we find the busser clearing off our table. Shortly after sitting down at our booth again, a hostess brings another party to sit at our table. After a time he busser returns with fresh glasses... More

Standard OutBack experience - same everywhere. Food was good, service was good. Nothing to write home about. Very loud as with all OutBack restaurants.

I am used with a very good quality of outback restaurants in the area where I live, so I decided to eat at the same chain in my trip. Big mistake. Quality dissapointed me. It started with the server who took the order who had a runny nose ( I mean runny over his moustache...gross) I wanted to leave right... More

We were running late for dinner and happened upon Outback. It was 9 p.m. and they close at 9:30, we were famished! We were seated, our waitress came right after that, we ordered our drinks, appetizer and dinners, it wasn't 5 minutes and the appetizer and drinks came out, delicious, dinner salads, bread, then entree's appropriately spaced. Our steaks and... More

Great Service. Great Price. Bread warm right from start, not just the second loaf. Great Ceasar Salad, dressing not to thin or watered down. Best Ceasar from any Outback location in over a year. 9 oz. Filet great piece of meat. Exceeded Outback Standard. Management, please teach other bay area locations your standard.

We have dined at Outback for many years in many different locations including San Jose, Reno Nevada and Guam. The Rack of Lamb is great, Rib Eyes tender, the Prime Rib cooked to perfection, and the Blooming Onion worth the cost. Service has always been consistent even when crowded, and the price point for the meals about average. Frankly, we enjoy... More
