Kibbeh, Kouby, whatever you want to call it

Decent Kibbeh, great small and tender falafel balls, decent shawarma - overall a good place and a great vibe. I like the updated murals etc. However, I could definitely do without so many likenesses of Guy Fieri! Chocolate banana shake is also surprisingly good.

Whenever I have lunch here, I order the falafel with a banana shake. I have ordered the falafel salad and that is also delicious! It's a must try if you visit San Jose!

I have been eating at this place since 1966. Still good after all these years. Make sure you try the banana milkshake!

I love the falafel with extra hot sauce- my sons like the milk shakes. Fast service even though it's always busy. I've tried hummus and salad. Everything is good.

I went with their namesake Falafel and was not disappointed! Large portion and affordable. Quick, cheap and fresh. It's been around since 1966 and definitely has a vintage vibe. Definitely recommend if you want a quick Mediterranean meal. Yum!

This is worth the stop for lunch, dinner or a snack. If the line is long, no worries, it moves pretty fast. The hummus or falafel is the best in the area.

Decent price on food. Casual environment. Take customers and friends from Arab countries here for food and they like it.

Banana shakes are very good. If you like cubed meat in your falafel this place is for you. For the falafel's we go back to Yiasso everytime.

The best falafel and hummus I've eaten so far. Truly yummy. Try the banana milkshake too. It's worth the wait if there is a line.

I've been coming here for years and getting the standard falafel but recently decided to to with the falafel salad. I switched and I'm never going back. It's so healthy, lots of wonderful greens and lots of falafel balls. I've also learned throughout the years that if you can call it in before you get there, you'll be better off... More
