I frequent this place whenever I am in the Bay area mainly for the Falafel sandwich and the milk shake that goes with it. It really tastes excellent and authentic. Everytime I visit, I feel like going there often just for the taste and the road-side atmosphere.

Damn good food with almost no ambiance. Lower prices due to lack of amenities - no in door seating, but the food more than makes up for it!

I had my first falafel here about 10 years back and have been eating here ever since. It is worth the wait in weekends when it is most crowded and for good reason. This is fast food that is above all the rest!

Visited Falafel Drive-in (or Falafelville as we call it) last night for a family meal prior to our son heading off to study in Bologna, Italy for a semester. The food was great as always. The service was prompt and the outdoor tables were clean. A mural, new since I have eaten there on the patio, brightens up the space... More

I think maybe the people who rave about this have never had middle eastern food. Disgusting. Ordered tabouli and it looked like it was 4 days old. Threw it direct in the garbage. Falafel sandwich with gross brown iceberg lettuce. Come on! Dumbed out everything in the sandwich, ate only the falafel and got the heck out. Ok the actual... More

Come for the food. The Falafel sandwich with a couple of extra balls and a banana milkshake. Great lunch. Every time I've been here there is a line but it goes quickly. The inside seating is very small and warm in the summer. You can sit outside under nice shades on picnic tables. As I say go for the food.

the falafel wrap is great; great atmosphere too if you eat there. They have tables outside with lovely mural of local landmarks. The milkshakes are really good too!

I've been going here for 40 years. When I want a falafel, this is where I go, even though it is a 40 minute drive from home. Usually I get a small falafel, the hummus plate to split with a friend (the beets on the hummus plate are amazing), and if I am splurging, a banana shake. Yum, I'm getting... More
