Having lived in San Jose for over two years I found Cafe Frascati. Hidden away from the main strip it reminded my of cafés in Europe. Live music was being played and the tea actually tasted like tea. Great place to relax and watch the world go by whilst supping tea.

Not the place to go if you're in a hurry and want some crappy coffee to take away. Here they take their time to brew it right. Even for a standard americano. I advise you to take a moment, have a seat, enjoy the jazzy atmosphere, and try one of their delicious coffee. Fresh juice and food is also very... More

On a conference in San Jose for a week, so great to find a place just off the walk between the Fairmont and the Conference Centre. On these conferences, the coffee/drinks are horrendous, so great to find this cafe and to get 30mins to yourself over a great coffee. Good atmosphere. One day ate there (ham sandwich, I think), and... More

We were on the long drive from San Francisco to Paso Robles and checked reviews for a a light lunch. This was a good decision as the coffee was up there with the best and the freshly made paninis were really tasty. The atmosphere was busy and buzzy. The wait for the food was fine given the quality.

The only place I found in that area where the coffee tastes like coffee. real coffee. Excellent Place for a quick break from the day. Highly recommended!

Two of us stopped in for breakfast. Be prepared to pay for parking meters in front. The restaurant itself is quaint. We had ham & cheese croissants, caprese baguette, fresh squeezed oj & mocha. All were good & came out fairly quick. Service was friendly.

Just went in at 11.50pm for a last minute coffee, and they were happy to oblige. Hipster vibe, looks great to hang out in. Quality chocolates on sale

At a recent event the three wheel coffee truck from caffe Frascati was providing various coffee drinks to the large crowd at the fund raising event. His service was speedy and great cups of various coffee drinks we're provide to the attendees for free as part of the fund raising event. Recommend using the three wheel coffee truck when you... OK coffee but quite slow service at times. Good menu selection for a cafe. Mezzanine is nice and cozy.

A good place in-and-of-itself, and a great place to wait for entry into the atmospheric Original Joe's.
