Slightly Off The Beaten Path…But Worth It

Pros: Very good food. Friendly service. Interesting menu. Large restroom. Cons: Not the most attractive building. Suggestion: Ask for the Oolong Tea. It’s not on the menu, but was perfect with this cuisine. Star Ratings: - Overall: 4 - Food Quality: 4 - Food Quantity... read more

We started with the tea leaf salad which unfortunately is nothing to rave about. Lack of flavors that you usually find with a tea leaf salad, heavy on the dressing which seemed like a basic Italian, and way too expensive for what you get.

Went there for the first time last night. I would have given 3 stars, but there were so many minor things wrong (some major as well) that I can't rate higher than 2 stars. I wanted to order the red curry with prawns. When I did so, I requested all eggplant as the veg, explaining that I was allergic to... More

A very unassuming restaurant from the street but superb inside with a nice bright feel and relaxing ambiance. The servers are all very pleasant and make you feel very welcome. The food is superb especially the Tea Salad which was a surprise. Also the pineapple fried rice was a delight. All accompanied by nice cold Singha beer. Excellent.

Excellent food, as usual. And the staff could not be more pleasant or helpful. Highest recommendation for Chinese/Burmese food.

This small restaurant had a very nice atmosphere for an Asian type restaurant, always fresh flowers and great service. The food is very good and usually there is a special.

I had visited this small restaurant, off of Lincoln Ave in Wilow Glen. Since it was a business lunch, I needed to get some food and leave in an hour. We were able to do this without any difficulty as the service was very efficient and quick. They had a few choices for vegetarians and the Eggplant and Mango curry... More

Sweet Mango is owned and run by a delightful woman named Cindy. She and her staff are incredible at making their customers feel at home. The food is a combination of Thai and Burmese offerings, with their signature tea leaf salad leading the line-up of dishes that are super tasty and unique. The chefs have never failed us. Another terrific... More

The take out food here is superior to Taiwan on Lincoln. Good food that is not super greasy like Taiwan. We love the Chinese chicken salad, pad thai, fried rice, Kung pao chicken.
