Following the review's of Trip Advisor we went to Sonny's Pizza. We enjoyed a great pizza as an appetizer, then salad, followed by pasta and ended with Grasshopper Pie! Great food and service! more

I'm just thinking of Sonny's right now...and I won't be there 'til this weekend. I usually stop by Sonny's for lunch or dinner while in enroute to San Diego - I always go for the 'Thin-Crust Pepperoni Pizza' which I just literally die for. Sonny's is a San Clemente landmark, and a great place to eat. Pizza: Awesome, thin crust, margherita in particular is excellent. Pasta: Unbelievable. All sauces in Sonny's are peppery, and great. Service: Good enough, never an issue, everyone is friendly and attentive. Ambiance: Great, local atmosphere, enclosed patio and inside are crowded. Highly recommended. more
