Ate here last night--2 adults, 2 kids. Really fantastic. Initially, couldn't tell from the outside if it was a sports bar (could see a big screen TV and bar) or more "pub-like." Greeters at the entrance were in hip black outfits...also wondered if it was a more trendy place. But, we gave it a shot, and it worked out great.... more

Ate there on a Thursday night for dinner with friends and family...AWESOME! Seated immediately although pleasantly busy. Great bar, nice seating outside when it's warm enough, good but not spectacular food. Doesn't really have a local feel but still nice in a upscale chain restaurant kind of way. more

I was in to give Beachfire in San Clemente a second chance on 12/28 for lunch. I do not plan on returning. Food is overpriced, not worth the $$$$. Nothing special at all. Atmosphere is not "San Clemente" small town village feel. It's more " fake beach" feel. If you like plastic, cookie cutter, borring, pretentious ambience with poor service and even lesser food, then this is the place for you! I live in town and would DEFINITELY NOT reccommend. more
