Nice cuisine, good wine selection and prices

We met here for lunch and had a very nice lunch. The fish and chips was perfectly prepared and the salad I had was perfectly fresh and crisp. We had a nice bottle of Oregon pinot gris at a fair price and enjoyed good, but not intrusive service.

Great food, many people inside and friendly atmosphere. We had to wait for 35 minutes but they call us after 10 minutes and we just enjoy

Billed as the best restaurant in San Clemente, this was a disappointment. I have eaten in 4 better owner-operated restaurants in town and there are probably more. It had the feel of an upscale chain restaurant (think Houston's or Brio). It had a good vibe and was certainly packed for a Tuesday, but I failed to see what the excitement... More

Great place to unwind and eat great food. The service was attentive and pleasant as well. The drinks were made with care and there was a good assortment of wines. Fun atmosphere. The ribeye steak sandwich and prime rib steak sandwich were both excellent and highly recommended. We ate at the bar because we didn't want to wait for a... More

Suggest you arrive early to select the table you want and also to be able to park close by - parking is limited. If the restaurant fills up, it can be noisy as there aren't many sound breaks inside. Full bar available.

There is a certain smugness south of Newport Beach, that drives this son of the Midwest a bit mad. Whether it's Nicks or the influence of Camp Pendleton next door, this restaurant serves delicious American food with thoughtful service. The menu has every base covered from meat to a kale/quinoa salad. When you tire of twee in the OC give... More

Came here last night on the way back from a one day business trip to San Diego... The food was excellent. I have been here twice now and neither time disappointed... the service was great overall. the only negative was the time to table after ordering was a bit excessive, though we were hungry so maybe it just felt that...
