A great selection of authentic Philippine dishes in a pleasant setting. Big dishes for the family to share, reasonably priced. A long menu with many traditional items. Our noodle/vegetable soup and chicken/tomato stew were very good.

Saw a review on Bay Area Check Please, we were in the area and decided to try Patio Filipino for lunch. We've never had Filipino food before and asked our Server to recommend something. We started with fried spring rolls (very good with the vinegar sauce), followed by a fried fish with lemongrass sauce, which was really good, a side... More

Looking for something a little different for dinner we decided to try Patio Filipino and weren't disappointed. This is a restaurant where 99% of the patrons are Filipino…a good sign if you're looking for authentic cuisine. Most tables were filled w/ large families and we had to wait a few minutes until a small table opened. Our waiter was patient... More

I love a little epecurean variety. While looking for a dinner spot i drove past this little gem and said why not. What a fun experience. I was the only white guy in the restaurant. Lots of Filipino families eating in large numbers. Moms, Dads, with their parents and children. Large plates of food on big tables. When I walked... More

We had never tried a Filipino restaurant, so decided to have dinner there. We had Filipino food before thanks to our friends and so we knew what we wanted to eat. The serving sizes were huge and prices reasonable. The servers were smiling and helpful. The Owner was there talking with clients and that helps. I recommend this place any... More

Stopped in on a whim for lunch on a Saturday as we passed through. The place was packed, but they quickly set up a table for us outside. The food was warm, delicious and plentiful. The server was very friendly and attentive. The owner came outside to sit and make a few phone calls and he was a friendly fellow,... More

First time for this nation's food. Got there when they opened and had a warm welcome from our waiter Melvin. Had great suggestions and brought us a sample of one we thought sounded good. Ordered something else, but we liked the Crisy Binagoongan but had fish sauce. Had a wonderful mango salad with garlic shrimp, sizzling pork sisig and ginataang... More

On our last day in the Bay area we drove down to San Bruno for lunch at Patio Filipino. Best Filipino food I've ever had. The sizzling sisig was authentic with the perfect mix of textures, crunchy pork bits with a creamy sauce. It went perfect with a side of garlic fried rice. The kids loved the crispy fried chicken... A friend took me to this restaurant and I have to say that it is one of the most impressive Filipino restaurants I’ve ever been to. My friends and I ordered the chicharon bulaklak as an appetizer with vinegar dipping sauce. Eat it with steaming rice and it is just mouth-watering. I haven't had this in ages so it was... More

Traditional Philippino food, which is always delicious. Try the crispy Pata here, pricey, but very good. (about $16 for 2 smaller feet) If you drive here, good luck with the parking, it's only street parking and it's not easy to find a spot.
