barely warm food

Time around 5:00 pm, reason for going to Chili's was we had some coupons and were staying at a local motel. Service was good, food was good but barely warm perhaps they used cold plates. The two for $ 20.00 meal included an onion ring appetizer and two entrees. Everything was good but they should... read more

Way over salted fried pickles Way over salted tortilla chips Mediocre nachos Queso dip is basically beans and red sludge with no discernible cheese flavor. It's been 6 years since I've eaten at a Chilis. The food is now depressingly bad.

I reserved a table for nine people for last night. I had confirmed the reservation with the manager the night before. We arrived promptly at 6:30 and were told that they were just waiting for a party to leave. The reality was that the party had just been seated and hadn't even received their food. In spite of talking to... More

Stopped into Chili's San Bruno for a late dinner and was very pleasantly surprised not only with the food but also the over the top service. Most chain restaurant service while reasonable is a bit forced. Not so at this establishment. Good management and good people make this a relaxing place to take a break and enjoy a break from... The food at Chili's is good (no great), and sometimes this location has slow service, even when they are not that busy. They do make a good drink at the bar.

First time at a chilli's and very glad we went. Food was plentiful and delicious. Our waiter (think his name was Derek?) was super friendly, stayed and chatted with us and was just so nice. Food came out super quick and was just a really nice experience.

the new onion rings are good, however their food is even saltier than befor! and our waiter had no business serving tables, almost rude, no personality for the few seconds at our table, thankfully I had a gift card to use instead of " real " money. I would go again but I know what Waitress to ask for. She... More

The service was outstanding. We started off with the nacho appetizer and some drinks. After a usual wait time, the server approached our table and apologized that the chef inadvertently put chicken on our nachos (which wouldn't have been a problem for us) and that he was remaking them and it would take a few more minutes. Then she offered... More

Chili's is pretty standard everywhere and the same can be said of the one here. Had a very late lunch at 3pm but the place was still packed with locals just hanging out and watching sports while eating some tacos or slowly enjoying their meals. Always love their free refills and appetizer platters. Note: Egg rolls not good.
